Love Dr Congdon. Super good with the kids. I have also worked with Dr. Van Fleet he is also very nice.
Overall good clinic. Sometimes front desk is hard to work with but it just depends on who the receptionist is. I wish I knew the name of the girl that's super nice. She's the younger one with glasses, either way I enjoy the doctors office overall. The reviews are nuts.

This review is for the dermatology department. Called in as a new patient with applecare. They said they didn't accept it which is completely fine. The lady in billing refused to offer me services even if I was willing to pay out of pocket and even though they allow this because I am on applecare. She would not tell me why and kept saying over and over that it's because I'm on applecare. I asked if she wouldn't because it could affect whether I have insurance or not (like a different derm had told me) and she kept saying she won't because of my insurance and didn't answer my question. I assume she thinks I am low income? Which isn't the case and we are temporarily on this insurance until my husbands new jobs insurance kicks in. Discriminatory and left me feeling very angry. I will take my business to a different local dermatologist that was happy to work with me and allow me to pay out of pocket. The billers name is Susan.

I was establishing care and when I received the confirmation call they told me that I would receive another call regarding if my appointment would be in person or done virtually. I never received a call, so I assumed it would be held virtually due to COVID and not hearing back.
I got a call saying they were expecting me to be there in the office.. while I was at home waiting on zoom.
Huge lack of communication, especially for a doctors office! I was still seen and have no complaints about the physician visit. I hope they can make some changes and improvements moving forward regarding the communication and office staff.

I made an appointment last week to visit Dr Congdon today and put it down in my calendar at 1pm. My home address is out of state as I’m a travel nurse so I never received the confirmation card. When I went in to the office today at 1, they told me my appointment was supposed to be at 12, I had missed it, and they would not reschedule. I also never recieved a confirmation text. When I scheduled with a different Harrisonhealth clinic, I found out that the person who had taken my appointment down had put in my emergency contact (my mother who doesn’t get texts) as my primary number. My appointment was to verify that I’m healthy enough to work and ironically I’m currently a nurse at the Harrison hospital in Bremerton. They refused to listen to me and sent me on my way. When a doctor isn’t willing to reschedule based partially on a mistake his own office made, and they won’t listen to an explanation or try to work with you, it seems fairly uncaring.

I absolutely love my doctor but the Front desk never answers calls. I've even gone in before for an appt and they'll just watch the phone ring and ring!! Super annoying.

I have no idea why everyone is unhappy, I've never had a problem with staff here, they're really great, and same with my doctor, it's like living in an entirely different world than these people.

Absolute garbage. Staff are a bunch of liars. Especially amber the nurse. Stay AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Wouldn’t even come back here if my life depended on it.

Dr Van Fleet is great, if you can get an appointment…. Front desk and call center are totally unacceptable.
