Far exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I was looking for in a Doctor. Dr. Robertson was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to address the root cause of what’s causing my health problems. I’m so glad I found port orchard natural medicine

It's really hard to be taken seriously as a woman in this world, especially in the healthcare field. I put off setting an appointment for almost 4 years because the last several times I went to the doctor, I was told by my Kaiser PCP that I "just needed to loose weight" (I couldn't even at 800 calories a day!) or that "it was in my head." Dr. Robertson took my concerns seriously and after some tests found out that I need thyroid supplements. 2 days on them and I feel like a new woman. I'm so relieved that I could cry! I highly recommend Dr. Robertson and her staff. Very efficient, friendly, and actually cares! I'd recommend her and her team to anyone. Nice atmosphere too. Thanks guys! <3

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review of a provider and colleague with whom I had a good first impression of. Yet, moving forward in this arrangement I feel quite differently. I actually thought we understood each other. However, after trying 3 times now to speak with the doctor directly and then being denied that opportunity. I feel like I should warn others about what seems to be a bait and switch type of behavior that as a provider, I really could not condone nor would I ever recommend this clinic to a patient.
Long story short, I was promised a remotely monitored relationship and when it came time to deliver, unfortunately Dr. Robertson changed her tune. Yet, having been clear about my intentions, I would not have pursued our relationship any further. Had she been up front with me, we could have shook hands and parted ways. Unfortunately, that is not an option any more and my request for a refund was promptly denied.
My initial consultation was happily accepted and paid cash in full after discussing my situation with Dr. Robertson. I explained that due to the fact that I am managing multiple businesses, I would not be able to come in to her office for an in person appointment however, I would like to have a regular wellness zoom visits.
Dr. Robertson then agreed that since my office could perform many of the services needed, that we could work together remotely.
After a month of care was completed, it was time for a follow up and I found it strange that the staff were mandating that I come in for an in-person appointment. I attempted to explain that I had an arrangement with the doctor and had I known that this would be required, we would not have continued a relationship.
At this point, the services provided were ones I could have obtained on my own without her help. My request for a refund was/is denied. I still have not spoken to the doctor. No one has provided evidence as to why this is the case.
I was clear about my intentions, however it seems that this offices' policy is to tell you what you want to hear and get your money however they can...ethically or unethically.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Rachel for several years and find that the attention to details and care had always been exceptional. Her staff is always friendly, professional as well as accommodating with appointments. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
