Went to call the silverdale location to make an appointment. A person named Erin answered the phone, I explained my situation to them. They not only kept misgendering me, they would not give me extensions to their supervisor to pull the call. I repeatedly told this person I am not a Sir, and they continued with this behavior and told me there was nothing they could do until tomorrow. Andrea was the name given to me by Erin, which is her supervisor I guess before I disconnected the call after being disrespected several times. I don't know what's going but her calls need to pulled and she needs to fired

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Two of my three scheduled appointments were canceled and I was forced to wait 2 months to get back in for my appointments that I desperately needed. Would not recommend this place if my life depended on it.

Please read my google review for the Poulsbo location to get the story from the beginning, never go to Poulsbo!
We have an appointment at the Silverdale
location instead to get two small fillings done. I called to explain
again her concerns and needs. We are hoping to finally find a
compassionate dentist who will actually listen and make her experience one she will be ok with.
Boy was I wrong! The appt was at 8:30 am, we got there 10 min before. I had called twice to make sure they understood my daughter was very anxious and had terrible experiences at the dentist, that they don't listen to her and do whatever they want, without consent. I called twice before the appt to make sure they understood and the Poulsbo location had also sent info ahead. When we got there they didn't get us in for 20 min. Then the dentist explained options, like coating her teeth with something to help reverse the cavity. My daughter did not want the shot and the dentist said she was not comfortable doing it without. My daughter said can my mom cover my eyes when the shot is being done. The dentist explained she didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure, my daughter said I will be fine, I will just shut my eyes, and could she just do it, so she didn't have to keep agonizing over it. The dentist kept saying she wasn't comfortable, and the coordinator came in to say maybe they should try another day or something else. My daughter begged for them to just do it! The dentist walked out, and the coordinator came back to say, we would have to come back, there wasn't enough time to do the procedure, and that my daughter needed a 1.5 hour appt and was only given an hour, which they started late. My daughter was in tears by then since she pushed herself to get to this appt after the epic failure at the Poulsbo location. The very rude coordinator did find an appt at the key center location later that day. We went to our appt at the key center location, I had called ahead again because I wanted to make sure they understood her anxiety and sensory issues. They said they understood and out of curiosity I asked what the Silverdale coordinator had said to them. They completely lied and said my daughter has asked for me (her mom) to sit on her and hold her down!! I was so pissed. That was a blatant lie, she only wanted me to put my hands over her eyes and then said she would be ok and to just close her eyes and assured them she would sit still.
Finally, we found a dentist that actually listens and cares! Dr Lee in the key center location was very kind, explained everything he was doing, asked if she was good with it and tested the spot where the cavities were and said two were not really cavities and to use fluoride rinse to heal them. He also said the one that needed a filling was on the surface and she didn't need the shot at all!! He even said she could take the mouth guard thing out because it was bothering her and teased her to not bite him. The whole procedure took 10 minutes. He was so great; she actually feels like she can trust a dentist after all these years! Please if you have a child with anxiety or even yourself, don't go to Poulsbo or Silverdale locations. Go see Dr. Lee in Key center.

Been seeing my standard doctor, which I'm guessing wasn't available today. Which is completely fine.
But Jesus, Dr.Belinda Lear doesn't listen to a single thing you tell her. I tried explaining my issues, it went in one ear and went out the other.
The whole appointment was a one way talk show, where she spoke, didn't listen made assumptions.
I left the appointment with disappointment.
Not only was I misgendered, my wife is apparently now my husband because magic.
She was corrected not once, not twice, yet the behavior continued.
The worst treatment anyone could get is neglect, and that's what happened today.
Definitely reporting her to her supervisor, she either needs a reality check from being a "know it all" or her licence revoked.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Belinda Lear at PCHS in Silverdale for a couple of years now, and our experiences have always been positive. Surprisingly, some people have written things about her that don’t sound excellent, but I find that if you go in to your appointment with a checklist of questions and things you want to discuss, Dr. Lear is extremely accommodating answering your questions and giving advice. What we both really like about her is that she provides alternative options to prescription drugs, like trying acupuncture, or at home remedies--HOWEVER, she is more than willing to write a prescription, if that is what you prefer.

Late into the pandemic, I came to Dr. Lear with a skin condition that stems from over consuming sugars present in carbs and alcohol (stuff a lot of us consumed during the pandemic). She informed me I was medically overweight, and I could try doing a keto diet to prevent this kind of condition from reappearing in future. She also prescribed me a cream to help with my skin condition. Her frank, but kind advice changed my life. I lost seventy pounds, and I never needed the cream she prescribed. She also was very helpful telling me about different forms of birth control and made time to see me right away when the implant wasn’t working the way I hoped/I had to have it removed.

As for the clinic itself, I have always been greeted warmly and haven’t had to wait terribly long. I haven’t tried their dental services. I’m sure doctors and those in professional healthcare are overworked, and see tons of people each day, so I try to keep this in mind whenever I see a medical professional.

I had high hopes for this dental office. The front desk clerks are very nice, my consultation went well, and even my cleaning went great!
But I am giving 1 star for the incompetence of Dr. Grunow. He was very nice, and completed my filling with him very fast.
I walked in to my appointment requesting a certain tooth be filled due to cold sensitivity. They were happy to accommodate. When I left the appointment and my tooth was still sensitive but I read on the internet that this is normal.
A week passes, and it doesn't go away. Within a month, it is now sensitive to cold AND hot, hurts to eat, and throbs.
I go to a different dentist that could fit me in to help with the pain. He takes an xray, and even I could see the decay still under the filling. Grunow filled my tooth without even taking out the full cavity! The remainder of the cavity was extremely close to the nerve, and that tooth SHOULD have been a root canal. So not only did he leave decay under a fresh filling, he filled a tooth instead of letting the patient know that they actually needed a root canal. And because of this, I was left in an immense amount of pain.
I will not be returning!
