My original Dr. (Henry) retired so, one of his partners (Dr. Trail) took me on. His bed side manner is horrible! He is very arrogant and doesn't listen at all! During my last visit, he was asking me questions about my pain levels and the medication. He asked on a scale of 1-10 what I'm usually at while on the pain meds. I told him I've been at a 10 a few times. He told me "a 10 is impossible unless you have a hot rod jabbed into your eye." I said "Okay, a 9.5 then. To where my husband has to help me to the bathroom and lower me down to the toilet seat." As I was explaining, he then turned to his intern and said "you're supposed to be documenting all of this down as we're speaking but, she's (referring to me) talking in circles, so..." I then said "I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm answering the best I can because not every day is the same! What worked for me yesterday doesn't always work the same the next day. So to answer your question simply, on a good day, I'm no less than a 4. On a bad day I'm at a '9.5!'"
As I was leaving, I asked the receptionist if the other doctors are taking new patients. I told her I will NEVER see Dr. Trail again! I will now be with another doctor!
I would NEVER refer anyone to Dr. Trail. I think it's time for HIM TO RETIRE!

We switched to Dr. Trail when our PCP of 40 years retired. He has been great! He listens, communicates well, is patient and has good treatment plans. I’ve spoken with him after hours when my dad had an emergent issue and he was prompt to respond and showed concern and was of great help to us. His medical staff is great and we have not had issues at all with scheduling as I have read in some reviews. I feel we found an excellent doctor and have had a great experience

I have only recently switched to Dr Trail. Sick of a PCP who was no help, I asked a nurse at Urgent Care who she used. He came highly recommended. If I could hug that nurse today, I would.

The best thing is that he is not with either of the big names in Spokane medical, his practice is his own thereby putting his name on the line. He isn't protected by the corporation so he has to rise higher, and he does.

He's patient, he listens and he helps. He actually makes a correct diagnosis without sending you elsewhere! I am switching my entire family to him as they have the same complaints about their PCP's.

Dr. Trail and his staff are a fantastic! I've had nothing but great service from this office. Appointments have never been too far out, and during my office visits he spends as much time as needed in formulating his diagnosis and treatment plan.

Don't take time out of your day to bother with these people. Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. They Wouldn't help me because I have depression and anxiety. This is a place to avoid if you care about your health, especially your mental health because they don't want to be bothered by anybody with mental health issues.
They wouldn't even let me make an appointment.
Which is fine because I wouldn't want an appointment from a company operated by people who treat patients with a mental illness badly. and I would like to spare anybody the trouble and embarrassment I went through today just trying to find someone to help with refill my meds. Hopefully this helps you make a decision to not go there and have to face the embarrassment that I faced.

I just started going to Northside Family Physician a month ago. I've never enjoyed going to the Dr, and to be honest I have avoided getting established with a Primary Care Dr for over 12 years. I saw Dr. Rehmann and couldn't be more happy about my decision to go here. They are very friendly, took their time with me in the room- I didn't feel like they were rushing to get on to the next patient, they are through, and I feel like they really care about my wellbeing. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Rehmann to anyone looking for a Dr who cares! Also his MA Brandi is super nice, and their front desk, Kelly is so friendly and welcoming. I saw some people complained about the wait time in some other reviews- but this will happen at any Dr office!!! At know the wait it worth it because you will get quality care from people who know what they are doing!

I wish I could refer this office but I can not. The Doctors and Nurses are VERY good but the office staff is awful. I had a friend go in as a new patient and she turned around and left because the front office gals were so rude. She was telling me the story about going to her new Dr and I said oh is this Dr Trails office and she was so surprised I knew (I did not refer her to you )I was so embarrassed ! This office has bad reputation. Not sure why, short staffed? I hate calling in to make an appointment or pay my bill.
