I tried to call my caseworker and report a fall I experienced a couple weeks ago. I left 2 voicemails no call back,I even left a voicemail for another employee and she never responded. I'm very disappointed with their service

The psych nurse is nice and my counselor is a sweetie it takes a while to get in and you don't get an appointment every week so that's a little frustrating but other than that I'm grateful they're there.

I've been using Therapy with a Therapist for 25 years with great results. I've never received better, competent, difference making therapy than I have received for the past 2 years from Zane Dewitz at FBH Elder Services. Zane listens proactively and then is masterful at organizing resources, methods and tools in creating a dynamic short, medium and long term plan with my input. Then he consistently monitors my progress, always encouraging and acknowledging breakthroughs as well as providing compassion and support when things get hard. As a result of working with Zane, I feel securely connected and balanced across a very complex set of disabilities mental and physical. I'm a 3 time survivor of suicide, battling Severe PTSD, Bi- polar 2, Chronic pain and damaged digestive system from a severely botched gall bladder surgery. Almost every provider has stated at one time or another the complexity in treating me. I apologize for the length here but a simple 5 stars and" He's a good guy", aren't going to highlight a Professional Provider who takes interest and care in treating patient after patient. They are trained in EMDR, eye movement desensitization and redirection. This is the latest therapy for PTSD. The place for healing.

They have changed all the case manager and financial workers phone numbers and extension numbers, how are we supposed to contact them? A letter should've been sent out to all clients!
