Very friendly staff. I love them because they are very thorough. Also they are learning hands on. Then they have a senior doctor approves or disapproves the students diagnosis. Which I have never seen them disapprove anything. I left here only to return. They are just awesome in my view of things.

Getting prescriptions is not an easy process here. Not to happy with Dr. Swanson.
Dr. Swanson really messed things up with one of my medications. I’m on the monthly sublocade shot I’m a new patient so she has to order the shot for me to get next week so she supplemented me a weeks worth of suboxen and sent it to a Genoa on first Ave pharmacy. But she wrote In the prescription that only a detox center could only pick it up. I let her know I was in the outpatient program and not in “detox” or inpatient treatment. I thought I made myself pretty clear to her Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. It’s frustrating it also messes with my mental health/Sobriety

This place is great, the staff is friendly. Mistakes are rare in my experience and even when they occur, I believe it's good to remember that one bad experience shouldn't color the whole of our perception until the end of time. We are all works in progress.

Just go to urgent care, don't bother going here, that is, even if you'll be seen promptly. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and had to cancel it due to my mother having surgery and me wanting to be there for her. I called to reschedule literally a couple hours after making the appointment only to be told that if I wanted to see my primary care I'd have to wait til Dec 12 and if I didn't mind seeing literally any other "doctor" I could be seen by Dec 5th. It's not even November and the issue I'm trying to be seen for could either be entirely cleared up on its own by then or could be a symptom of something serious that needed immediate medical attention in order to be treated effectively. Needless to say I told them to cancel the whole thing. Good thing I know where I can find an urgent care clinic near me.

I've been going here since before they built this new building and I love this place! It's super clean and never crowded. They are always quick and I can't say enough good things about them.

Every single time I have made an appointment I will get a call a few days prior to my appointment saying they have to reschedule my appointment and the next availability has been at least 2 weeks if not longer. I understand this is a teaching clinic and the residents have to go to the hospital for rotations, but I've been to other teaching clinics and have NEVER experienced this before. You would think they would figure out a better system so that they would not have to cancel on patients and then make them wait weeks for another appointment when it's the clinics fault in the first place the appointment was cancelled. All the residents I saw were really nice and listen to me and took my pain seriously. So it really sucks that I will now have to find somewhere else to go because it's completely unprofessional to keep canceling and rescheduling your patients appointments. It makes me not feel valued or like they care about their patients

I've gone to this clinic for several years and have received great care. However, getting an appointment us a challenge. Today I was on hold for an hour before I gave up. Still no appt.

I've been a patient at STHC for many years. I love the interaction of the sr. physicians and all the young folks just having graduated from Med School. You get the vast experienced plus the latest technology. Everyone is very caring, very capable.
