I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and slow processing of my medical equipment request. It's been eight weeks, and the delays have caused considerable discomfort for the patient. While I understand that insurance approvals can take time, the lack of proactive communication and the month-long wait before submission are unacceptable. I hope this office can improve its processes to better serve its patients.

No my products are not high-end if they were medicade insurance wouldn't pay for them! Since when does state insurance approve high-end products? Byram your competitor is who I came from, I told you that from the beginning & they make a profit filling orders just like you. I called back to clarify the reason your place couldn't fill my order and you all said the margin of profit wasn't enough! Karen said "We won't make any money off this order!" & "We can't keep the lights on!" Anyway my insurance referred me to valley mission and I told them maybe they should reconsider that with members in the future. Byram sucks too but my insurance got the order filled with them & no substitutions no questions about insurance codes no talk about cheaper products.

Best decision i made when I switched to valley mission homecare pharmacy. They treat you like family unlike bigger chain pharmacys. I always felt judged by the larger stores. They also treated me based on my prescriptions which is very stereotypical i would get anxiety everytime i had to speak or go in to pick my scrips up. I dont feel like that anymore. David and his team have gone above and beyond for me for example without me even asking They called my doctor to get me on a 28 day prescription supply to be on the same day as my daughters prescriptions so i wouldnt have to drive out 2 separate times. 1 time they accidentally gave me the wrong amount on 1 of my prescriptions and when I called they said no problem we believe you and to come pick up the rest. I dont know any pharmacy that would do that especially after you have left and the weekend went by thats how much they care about their customers. I have gotten my whole family to switch and everyone i recommend to transfer have told me it was the best decision they made. I dient realize how crappy the larger pharmacy chains treat people untill i came to valley mission. If you are having Issues with a pharmacy go here it will eliminate so many obstacles and stress( especiallyif you siffer from anxiety) . Thanks David and staff you guys are amazing:)
