We had a 10-day-old French Bulldog puppy who unfortunately aspirated and developed pneumonia. It was a Friday late afternoon when we reached out to Norco Medical in Spokane Valley, and we were so grateful for the amazing staff – Dawn, Dan, and Emma – who stayed open later to help us. They rented us an oxygen concentrator, and when their system asked for the puppy's date of birth, they cleverly suggested we make him 24 years old. Dawn even jokingly said we should name him Benjamin Button! 😊

Thanks to their kindness, support, and the oxygen concentrator, our little Benjamin Button pulled through and survived. We were thrilled to return the concentrator and brought Benjamin Button along to thank the team in person. Words can't fully express how grateful we are to Dawn, Dan, and Emma for their incredible help.
