Terrible customer service, almost scam. Tried to get help from Marie Carter in clinic and got terrible response and insult. Very rude and obnoxious, unprofessional stuff.
Why even try in these trials?
Plus got me sick severely. I would not recommend this place!

I participate two studies so far. Best experience ever. Staff is very friendly and professional. Doctors are very knowledgeable and polite. Food they offer is great.clean facility. Good experience Great easy money.I would recommend to anyone PPD Las Vegas.

I was the target of multiple crimes while in a clinical trial at PPD Las Vegas in 2022, which was perpetrated by PPD staff, who also involved another clinical trial participant in the organized and coordinated schemes against me. PPD administrators attempted to silence me by way of threats, in order to cover up the crimes committed against me on premises. Nurse Thanh and a Japanese study volunteer committed the initial crimes, and others were involved in the attempted silencing and coverup attempts - including two doctors, a study manager, and the subject relations manager who works in Austin Texas. There were also a couple of acts of retaliation by PPD as well as somene connected to Nurse Thanh, as a result of me formally complaining. I have not yet started looking for legal representation, but I will be suing in federal court for numerous violations of the law, even if I have to represent myself.

I urge anyone who's looking to do a clinical trial - aka clinical research study - to avoid PPD Las Vegas (and avoid Novum Las Vegas for similar reasons) and look on the StudyScavenger website and JALR website for great companies to participate in high-paying healthy volunteer clinical trials with. Unless you don't mind becoming a crime victim with no protocol or protection in place.

Unfortunately, I am forced to leave one star, but PPD doesn't even deserve that. I'll consider that star to have been left for the remaining nurses there who are actually good workers and human beings, unlike those involved in the crimes, silencing, coverups, and retaliation against me. I look forward to suing all of the dastardly folks involved.

I participated in studies with a number of other clinics in a number of states. PPD seldom has studies available in Las Vegas area but I did apply for one here. Someone on staff at this clinic put that I was currently using supplements so I was dropped from the study. (I was told the use of supplements would show in blood tests. I asked that the tests be reviewed before I was dropped but they had already dropped me.)
In applying for another study I was told I am banned from screening in a number of studies with them. I haven’t used supplements for years. They do not have a procedure for correcting files.
I know of other participants who are dishonest about what they have done, do, and don’t do. I never thought to lie about anything I do health wise. Given this turn of events I question the ethics of PPD. That they will allow misinformation to stay on a file (or is there something more to it?). I’m not going to bother to apply for any more of their studies. Heaven knows what else may be added to my file along the way and some research companies do share information.

Worst experience ever. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Signed up for a study that would start November 8 in Las Vegas. I live about 6h away. The screening was on the 26th of October. I get a notification the night before that I have a screening n I even confirmed. I drove here early as hell and when I got here they gave me paperwork for a study that’s on Oct 31st. I told the lady my study was on the November 8. She said they changed that. I ask do they give some type of notification or warning and she replied “you didn’t get notified?” Their were others there and she ask them and none of them were notified of the changes. They all however live here so they were okay. I on the other hand drive here for nothing without any notification. That’s not any way to do business. Even if u notified me 3h before I wouldn’t have been this upset. But you waste someone’s time, gas, etc and all you have to say is “we are looking for someone who is more flexible. That is no excuse to lack proper communication. I have done studies at Celerion and PRA and none were as horrible experience as this. Now I have to drive all the way back. Will not ever attempt this place again .

Paid is like triple than another place in town. Friendly staffs, clean place, comfort bed, great food! Highly recommend.
