Their fast/free 3-5 day shipping is a joke! Ordered pet meds 12/26/22 and today is the evening of 1/2/23 and the meds have still not shipped. I called on 12/30/22 and was told they would ship that day...still haven't shipped. I have emailed them twice with no response.

Every single time they find a way to screw something up. Send one bottle instead of three. This latest has been a failure to send me an invoice it's been 10 days called them repeatedly I had to switch to getting his meds from somewhere else.

I have to gives these guys a shout out. I had called and no answer and was lead to Voicemail. I didn't leave one it's Christmas Eve and I was busy. But they ended up calling me anyway. Refunded my Express mail. And processed my order asap be for the Xmas holiday so thank you.

Worst experience ever.. sent them the prescription and talked with the pharmacy 3 days straight. When I get there to pick it up they tell me they need to get a prescription when it had already been sent to them by email and to their support office. It's the worst place ever. DONT GO
