No one answers the phone other than the billing department. To order supplies you have to leave a voicemail with your info for the sales department. I did … weeks ago! Never got confirmation. Never got supplies. Today I leave another voicemail, then decided I needed to speak with someone. I’ve called both sales and customer service lines repeatedly today with no answer.

So, I called Peak Medical Equipment and got an answer right away. I’m taking my script and my insurance money there instead. I recommend anyone looking for a cpap supplier, look them up, don’t invite the frustration of Northwest Medical into your life.
