Received a notice of payment but it was lost on the mail for a while, by the time I received and called in I was notified it was already past due. Made a honest effort to pay the original amount because of it not being my fault that the letter was not delivered to me on time from the post office. The person would not accept payment for the original amount and did not want to deal with a fault that was not on my part whatsoever. Terrible people.

Also the late fee was almost as much as the bill itself..

Edit.. was called the next day to be notified they were in the wrong and refunded the additional fee. Changed review rating to more neutral but will keep the information of what happened as is, because it is truly how I felt.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! The owner was not helpful at all. I called to get a belt for my broken rib and she would not make the extra step of measuring their options to offer me one. They do not have customer care manners or willingness to help. I could not get there because I am injured and I explained I would have paid to have it shipped immediately. On top of this. calling "hon" is also very disrespectful to a customer. It really shows lack of professional manners.

Everyone was extremely helpful and gave me lots of tips and tricks for the products I was buying. Tammy made sure to call immediately when the additional supplies I needed came in and helped with the insurance portion to make sure I paid as little as possible out of pocket. They even went a step above to help me jump my car when the battery died in their parking lot. Truly amazing customer service!

Would never go back and shop here, Walk in and look around and two people at desk can't even say someone will be with you. After looking at everything I said Hello and finally the 2 sitting at desk say somebody will be with you shortly. So I walk over and really start to read the different bandages looking for what I need and when I do not see that I start looking for the finger splint. Not finding that I stand there and see two back in a corner talking and still no one to help. finally the one at the desk out of sight calls a name several times and that is when I had enough. Will go on line rather than shop here.

Just called to find out about buying a used walker that I would need for a couple of weeks following hip surgery. The woman was VERY helpful, told me they only sold new, gave me the price (without me asking), then said she remembered seeing one at a local thrift shop, and told me that another local thrift shop often has them. Super-friendly!
