Very impressed with Nicole at Allstar Medical Supply. My wife needed an ice machine and since they had them rented or reserved, there was another they found for me to rent after Nicole worked to get the slightly different attachment (that goes around the knee) to fit. But when I got it home it kept coming apart. When I called them that it wouldn't stay connected they told me to come in as they found another newer unit that matched my own connector and proceeded to cancel the rental invoice, thus giving me the unit for free for a week. After 6 days, I called and told them they can bill me for a new week since we'd like to keep the machine and they simply extended the free rental another 7 days.

It's rare companies do the right thing by customers but even this was above and beyond. I was very much willing to pay for the new rental, but Nicole's attitude was clearly that if the customer has to deal with any unforeseen issues, they would more than stand by their products. Very impressive - and when I need medical supplies in the future, Allstar Medical is the first place I'm calling.

I am extremely pleased with the service my wife and I received from Nicole Baretta at All Star Medical Supply, in Walnu Creek, CA. The electric wheelchair we bought there several years ago developed a broken back frame with an unknown cause, and Nicole had the manufacturer replace the back frame and provided the repair process. Allstar medical came through for me after big toe fusion surgery. They delivered 3 knee scooters, which are in excellent shape. The delivery crew helped me with the setup. I would definitely recommend them and would most definitely use them again.

Nicole and her staff have been very helpful to my husband and I over the last 5 years. My husband has Parkinson’s, and as the disease has progressed, Nicole has helped us with grab bars, shower and bathing tools, and a variety of walkers for interior and exterior walking. Nicole just recently helped us with a great solution of a walker that serves 2 functions: my husband can use it as a walker and I can use it as a transport walker when he needs to rest. We have been very pleased with Nicole’s service, as well as the quality of brands they carry.
