It’s crazy that Orbit Medical, has changed her name to reliable medical when it’s the furthest word I would use to describe their services. I wish I could give them zero stars but one is the least amount I could give!!!
I have a hospital bed that has been broken for more than six months and these guys have every excuse in the book as to why they can’t get someone out to fix it ….. after they finally sent someone out to fix it, they sent them with the complete wrong. Part wasn’t even remotely close to the part. I told them that that was wrong with the bed in the beginning. Now I’m left waiting for a new approval and a new order number to go through, they don’t give you any sort of ETA as to when they’ll be able to fix it. This company is absolutely trash. Customer service is trash only state insurance. This is what we are left to rely on. Definitely not a reliable medical company pun intended

I feel the worker name Zach did a fabulous job. He wore a mask and had a nice attitude. He was very helpful. He was a great help in the fact that he brought me my wheelchair leg rests and two seat cushions. He wanted to make sure that I had the proper size for my chair. He showed me how the leg rest works and I had forgotten to lock the chair when I got up. He showed genuine concern and locked it before I sat down. He is a great worker.. he cares about the coustomer that he serves. If I was to rate his performance I would give him all high scores. He is a great worker and person.

Our experience from the beginning to the end was super!!! Once our order was placed by my mom’s doctor, Orbit’s customer service department responded in a timely manner. The customer service was pleasant and professional. The scheduler was prompt and had our appointment scheduled within 5 days. Jeremy, the Service professional came out at the appointed time and he was awesome! Very pleasant personality, thorough and informative!

Zach is such a good, thorough worker! He checked twice to make sure everything was just right. After that he was very patient made sure I understood. I just found Zach’s patience, his.humility, kindness and the ability to do more was so appealing to me, especially when young people act so opposite to Zach’s demeanor. He’ a keeper. Please send him to me again!

What started out to be a product I was not expecting had a happy ending. The sales person was helpful in upgrading the item. A special "thank you" to Jeremy who delivered the item, was super patient while I decided what to do, went out of his way to deliver the upgraded product on his way home from work on a Friday night and thoroughly explained how to set and use the item. Would definitely work with Jeremy, Bryan and Orbit in the future!I

I have to commend the repair person Jeremy that comes to my home in WI to do repairs. I would give him a 10. He is helpful, knows what he's doing and has genuine concern to assist the client. Unfortunately all phone calls go through the IL office in order to schedule a repair. Mike in the IL office promises someone will call you back to make an appointment and it never happens. I have to call NUMEROUS times to get an appointment and then Mike makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. Once after calling him 4 times and being told he was on another call the person I was on the phone with said he would put me on hold to see if he could get a resolution to my concern. Unfortunately the person did not put the call on hold and I could hear Mike yelling at the person about me and cussing me out. Mike continuously told me I expected emergency service and Orbit doesn't offer that. A full week had passed and he still hadn't taken care of the problem; 11 additional days have passed and my problem isn't solved even though Mike said it would be taken care of yesterday. I now have an appointment set for next week. I'm 100% confident the chair will be good after Jeremy works on it. It's a shame Mike and his staff in IL don't live by the same service standard as Jeremy. My wish for Mike is that he would be forced to spend just 1 week in a wheelchair and have it stop operating.

Michael delivered a brand new Jazzy ES Power wheelchair and was very professional in every way. He said what needed to be said, yet did not linger; was very knowledgable of the workings of the Jazzy ES Power Wheel Chair and made me feel completely at ease in learning to maneuver a machine designed for much younger drivers than this 78-year old who must have skipped school the day they presented video games and how to successfully handle a joystick!

Customer service man was very knowledgeable, took his time and showed us, and made sure I was comfortable. Just have one more question. Can the throttle be adjusted so it is not so touchy. Other than that I love my chair.
