Would not recommend to my worst enemies.

Lied to at every turn about insurance, referrals, billing; and after 20+ phone calls over probably 8 months, they then accused ME of lying, saying there's no way what I described could have happened, even though numerous times they had already apologized for it happening.

I will be filing an official complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

Tl;dr unless you like being constantly lied, talked down to, and accused of fabricating stories, don't go here.

I was immediately impressed by the nurse that came out to get me, she was very personable and very efficient. Dr Cook was also extremely nice and impressed me with the way he listened to me. I am very happy to have found a new doctor that I feel comfortable with! My doctor retired, after having been his patient for over 30 years I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to have a connection with someone new but Dr Cook fits with me well.

Your front desk staff is welcoming & helpful. The nurse that did the initial information weigh in was professional & friendly. Dr. Cook was awesome, taking time to get to know me since this was the first time seeing me.

Was my first visit with Dr. Cook. Great conversation covering all of my questions. Very insightful and informative. I had not had a primary doctor since Covid started and he covered all concerns and issues that needed to be addressed. Doc formed a plan going forward for me and took an interest in my concerns. I really am pleased with my decision and have no issues with his care.

I had to switch doctors this year because of new insurance that doesn’t cover my previous doctor at Aurora. I was nervous because the relationship with your primary care physician is a very personal one. I mean this is the person that’s going to know ALL about you! I worried for nothing. Dr. Cook is fabulous! He is progressive, caring and takes the time to listen and more than willing to explore options.

I had some labs done and he called me personally to tell me the results. I’ll follow up in 3-months to see where my levels are and he let me know that he’ll call me with them or just upload a message into MyChart and gave me the choice. This way, I don’t have to have another expensive office visit. I appreciate that.

I highly recommend Dr. Cook. You won’t be sorry.
