Im extremely suprised, all the reviews ive read online are extremely negative but it was a vastly different experience for me. Very fast and helpful. Went In after the emergency room nurses line said I need to be seen after still having issues from ear infection. They got me in really fast the doc new what she was doing and explained it's normal to have issues even after antibiotics.... she was right getting better after some time

The front desk is very Rude. She doesn't acknowledge you when you enter their office. Walks away from counter an stay away awhile. Acts like she doesn't hear you when you talking to her. Wait without acknowledgement more than 30 minutes. Patient before me let me know how they treated her as well.
Was rude before i was signed in.
They could use Customer Service classes and skills. Hope the doctor is better than their front door service. Cross my fingers.

Been here many times and have always received the care that was needed. From strep to stitches they've always been there for me. Glad we have an urgent care on Jewel Lake and will continue to use the services here when needed. Shout out to Dr. Quimby, he took good care of my son. Thank you.

I usually only go to the doctors when I absolutely need too. I have never met a more condescending, rude doctor without any bedside manner in my life. He was so mad at me for not taking a covid test (have had no covid symptoms only flu) He literally heard me cough up a lung and told me that i didn't need antibiotics, and i just need to give it a few more days. All the things he told me o should do, are the same things google told me. I have no health insurance so i had to pay out of pocket to get picked on for 10 min i feel like. I will never return here and reccomend you stay far away from this place!

We've been many times as a family for convenience. The staff has always been fun and friendly and we have never seen a bad doctor, ever! The wait time is always next to nothing. I think the longest was 40 minutes, but they were busy. After my follow up with PCP, the diagnosis and treatment was spot on. We went yesterday with our sick daughter and I wasn't feeling well either, they took care of me too. Couldn't ask for a better place to go. Thank you! The doctor we saw was Jordin Thompson. We've had her before and think she's wonderful. She listens, has compassion and treats very well.

The Jewell Lake location has been our emergent medical home for over twenty years. Usually little or now wait to see a Doctor or Nurse and effective, professional care. A great convenience for us and they accept Medicaid.

Best medical treatment I’ve received in years! I was up in Anchorage for business and woke up one morning with severe back/leg pain, went to the urgent care and was seen immediately. The attending Physician was attentive, thorough and alleviated many of my concerns. Doctor even provided hand written notes of my symptoms and treatment for my PCM back in lower 48. As a person that “never” leaves reviews, I took exception to this professional, over to the top customer care experience. Highly recommend this clinic for your urgent care needs.

Had the flu for like a week being at 102 fever they said to come to find out they don't take tricare prime. Plastered all over window however it says to "honor " the military they are taking memorial day off though. It's funny to me being a disabled combat vet refused for my military insurance, but they will "honor" me by taking a day off. I've posted once and I believe they removed it, I won't be going there or my family. The urgent care on diamond was much better service.
