Receptionist on the phones was rude, the receptionist in person was even more rude and short with me. Explaining to me that when I get the new patient registration packed filled out and returned they "might be able to see me in a few months"

I opened the packet and WOW. They REQUIRE the following information:

Copy of your Drivers License
Copy of your SS Card
Copy of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Fathers full name
Mothers Madan Name

ARE YOU HIGH? To see a doctor you want that much PII? Not in a million years. I hope you all understand that with the information listed above that they REQUIRE, you can literally take over someone's life.

It’s taken me three months, three in person visits, and DOZENS of calls to the office and my pharmacist to try to get just one of my normal prescriptions filled. The second doctor recommended me not taking the medication prescribed to manage my auto immune issues. And the last doctor recommended I try eating more fruits and vegetables, and have I tried acupuncture? I left the office in tears. Zero customer service. No existing office organization or management. Criminally poor medical care.

Their Dentistry program is a mess and have caused my daughters extensive/avoidable amounts of pain. On multiple occasions they have done routine check ups on my daughters teeth with nothing being explained to the parent. 6 months later when my girls are in pain and mouths are swollen they inform us the issue could have been resolved if addressed earlier stating there were clear problems labeled in their charts. They never provided us with the information, or requested we make any sort of follow up. This has now happened on two occasions.Their lack of communication with their patients is unexepable if we were informed of the issues it would never of escalated in the first place.
