From day one, Kyle demonstrated exceptional dedication to his work, teaching my father specialized techniques to build strength in his legs and knees while simultaneously rebuilding his confidence.

I worked with Kyle from the beginning of January to mid March and my experience was beyond positive. Kyle worked with my inability to walk, to assisted walking outside, to walking the stairs in my home without fear. With Kyle's exercises, my increase in core strength was extremely noticeable to me and I am able to complete task that I was not able to do before, that for me is very encouraging. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, full of compassion and very kind, which makes all the difference. I wish I could have worked with him for much longer but my insurance coverage put a stop to the wonderful advances I was making . I am now on to outpatient services, but my progress and knowing that I can make it, is because of people like Kyle, I know I can make it.

I had a major left leg surgery in August, 2024 because of the Compartment Syndrome developed, resulting for a 32 days' stay in the hospital. I was just immobilize with only one good foot when I was moved back home. For the next four months and under the careful directions from Kyle Koo, I started to learn how to stand up and walking with the help of a walker or a cane, plus his demonstration of various helpful exercises. Kyle is a very patient person, friendly with good conversations and knowledgeable on related subjects. I had to get ready 15 minutes before the appointment because Kyle arrived on time 100%, very dependable. Before he signed off with my case, he wanted me be able to walk both inside and outside of the house, go up and down the stairs, got in and out the cars. From my heart, Kyle, thank you for letting me move my feet again!

I’ve had the great experience of 21st Century Home Health cares dedicated team as they provided high quality, evidence based care they provided my mom as they addressed my moms care and personally was contacted by the various departments within this care team and asked how my mom was doing and offered their services and advice to ensure the team was addressing all her needs and given their contact information if we had any further questions .
I even spoke to 21st Century Home Health Services director, who assured me my mom would receive the daily care she needed until I could hire private care personnel to supplement the days Home Health could not be at my mother’s senior care facility since these services aren’t offered by the senior center that offers Independent Care, Assisted Living up to and including memory care services.
I absolutely love this company and will happily use their services again! I trust them to care for my mom with no worries. Thank you all for being true “Caring” professionals.
