I have nothing but good things to say about UCSF. Our experience this week was as expected, we were promptly greeted and checked in and without delay we were taken to a room. It wasn't long before we saw the doctor, she was very pleasant, listened thoroughly to our sons concerns and ours. We received excellent clear answers and have a plan in place.

From when my child and I walked in to when we left we were met with friendly faces. The front office staff are great and helpful and Dr. De Borja is amazing. She goes over all the details in a way we could understand and really seemed to prioritize my child's needs. Love the UCSF system and their care for patients.

Hello,
Having a medical issue with your child is never a good thing. I live in a rural area of Northern California and medical care is at best a minimum.
When at UCSF my familiy and I were warmly welcomed. The doctor and the intern were amazing. They were very thorough in finding out what exactly was going on with my child.
Dr. Celina walked us through the diagnosis and treatment options. We had very few questions after her explanation.
Our after visit paperwork was handed to us befroe we left and the next appoinntment was made without issue. This is not the kind of medical care we are used to where we live. Thank you for the exeplary care while at our appointment.
