Terrible first experience with this place. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Went in for a scheduled appt after waiting 2 weeks only to find that I hadn't met the requirement needed to do the sonogram because the scheduler hadn't told me about it. Drove 40 mins from Boulder Creek only to find out that it had to be re-scheduled. Not going back.

The radiology techs were fantastic! They were professional and very fast. They would get all the stsrs!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. It’s the woman at reception that is the problem. She seems to have an unpleasant attitude. She speaks to adults as if they were unruly toddlers. She asked me a question about timing. I thought for a moment and gave my answer. I don’t know what set her off about my saying “about 10 minutes”. She got VERY snarky and defended herself for asking the question. After grabbing a seat in the waiting area, I heard a man complaining to his friend that he doesn’t like the way that girl was talking to them. So, I’m not the only one with a problem with this girl.
I don’t know her name to call her out, but maybe HR could have a little chat with the blond at reception. If she can irritate at least 2 people in under an hour, maybe she needs a course in customer service.

From start to finish this team was amazing! As a Kaiser patient, I had a lot of questions about how coverage works and out of pocket expenses worked. Alice, in the insurance department, was unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. She provided me with a CPT code for the MRI I was having, their TAX ID# and NPI #'s and sure enough, once I called Kaiser, it all made more sense. I was give an amount I would have to pay up front so I was prepared.

The scheduling team was able to work me in on a Saturday, which is awesome for someone who works two jobs and finds it difficult to book during the week.

On the day of my MRI, Katie was so friendly and compassionate. She checked me in right away. She explained the process and procedure. She showed me to the changing room. She was simply the best.

Lastly, Melissa, the imaging technician was fabulous. Not only was I provided earplugs but also noise-cancelling headphones on top of that. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I actually fell asleep I felt so comfortable. She was empathetic and kind and I am so grateful.

It's scary enough needing a MRI in the first place. This place takes the scary out of the equation so you can focus on what really matters, YOU! They made me feel like I was the only person that mattered to them. I'm glad Kaiser has a contract with them!

Very simple, don't even bother calling or using them. Save yourself the existential crisis and wasted time caused by dealing with such a poorly managed business. Go to San Jose where real services exist

Very poor service! Sent detailed complaint to every radiologist in their practice regarding ridiculously excessive phone hold times (a long term problem) and inability of technician to administer contrast via IV in early April, now more than 2 months later no response. Don’t believe standard of care described on website. They don’t care. Better imaging centers are operating in Watsonville, Salinas and Los Gatos with newer technology and more competent staff. Referrals to these alternatives are easy to request from your primary doctor.

The MD ordered an ultrasound. They were supposed to call and never did. I called to make an appointment two days in a row before getting a response (queue was 15 calls ahead so I took the option of a call back). The receptionist was very rude and continually talked over me to the point that I had to tell her to allow me to speak. Will be going elsewhere in the future. Multiple bad experiences!

These charming people referred us to collections when our debt was outstanding for less than 6 months. And apparently started charging us interest from the day that we had the appointment, before we'd even received a bill. Really shocking, honestly. Would give zero stars if I could.

Everyone, from the receptionist to the people giving the MRI to my daughter, was friendly and kind. The only potential downside is that there isn’t a lot of privacy in the waiting area, so everyone can hear what you are saying to the receptionist. Other than that, we had a great experience there today. My daughter (age 9) felt well supported and like things were explained to her.
Regarding others’ reviews about calling, I also had a long hold time on the phone (about 15-20 min, not horrifically long) , but when it was my turn and I spoke to the receptionist she was kind and helpful.
