I went to this clinic and had an appointment at 3:15 pm and I was waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes in a room. I asked them why the Dr didn't come and they told me that in a few more minutes he would come because some people had arrived without an appointment. So what's the point of having an appointment? I asked them if they give them preference over those who don't have one. I do not recommend this clinic, the wait is very long and for the Dr alone to last 5 minutes.

This was my time coming. The front office were very helpful and polite. It did take a while for them to call me but I didn't mind. The doctor that I got was very nice I was really nervous that why I had my husband come with me and also I wanted him to be there to see our baby on the screen. The clinic looked clean also.

I love the nurse practitioner Yanira Pacheco, she always does a great job and I look forward to my yearly appointments with her.

Unfortunately, this time around, there was an error in the office, and although they reminded me of my appointment two weeks, one week and even a couple days beforehand, they failed to mention that I would need an updated referral in order to be seen.
They notified me of this about 30 minutes before my appointment, after I had already taken time off of work and driven 45 minutes to get there.

On top of that, there wasn’t a way to reschedule as I would first have to go through my primary.
Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience. But oh well, there was nothing I could do.

Do not recommend…… I started to come here for prenatal care…. This is my second time coming here and both times I was waiting anywhere from an hour in a half to 2 hrs to be seen….. as a business owner who take clients based on schedule appointments this is unacceptable….. I understand working on rotation to fit in as many clients as you can in a day ….. I to book this way in my business but you have to do it in a way they the business runs efficiently…. Having clients waiting hrs on end for appointments that were book 1 and 2 hrs before actually evening seen is not normal wait times…. I have read other reviews and I can clearly see this normal practice for this clinic…… they are definitely booking more patients then they can handle in the time they are scheduling them which is the reason for the long wait times because the drs are trying to get threw them as fast as they can which then causes rushed appointments times.. agine bad business practice….. I will not be coming back here agine I run a business and my time is valuable and this clinic is a waisting my time and time is money…. I don’t just have time to wait hrs for an simple appointment

Dr Dominguez makes me feel comfortable when I am asking questions, and I never feel rushed. He listens and answers all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. All of the staff is great!

I had a terrible experience with DR.Eperjesi , he showed my baby on screen for one second , he did not allow me to hear my baby’s heartbeat ,he didn’t print out any pictures beside ONE that was just bad and also made me sad considering this was my first appt . I tried to deny certain things & he then proceeded to tell me how if he’s going to be my doctor I’ll learn how ā€œopinionated ā€œ he is which truly I do not care about . He was rude and i DID NOT appreciate the way he went about my appointment.

Just got off the phone with this office. Horrible customer service! I’ve been calling to get an appointment for a while my primary referred here. everyone says they’ll call me back and I never get a call back and when they transfer me to the referral department I just get her voicemail and no call back. If you need to be seen here don’t hold your breath you’ll be waiting a long time.
