It was an easy check in process for my the pulmonary exam. The security was kind and efficient in helping me see where to sign in and where to sit and wait for the admitting desk. I was called back quickly to be andmitred by a very friendly, kind and compassionate andmitinv person (grateful for her and the security help and why this has 2 stars instead of 1) and I waited about 20 minutes past the time I was told to check in, when I was early, so I thought that was odd. But the pulmonary exam tech came and said she had another test that took a long time before me, so she was late getting me. She talked fast and talked a lot while we got onto the elevator and about another patient in a poor light. This was very offputting. I usually get my exams and imaging at sutter and maybe this is one of the reasons why. I have never had the best experience here. Sutter is definitely superior. The tech took me into the exam room and talked rapidly again and went over the breathing and said she would be going over the instructions so I didn’t have to memorize them. When the exam started she didn’t put the tube for me to breathe in close to me, so I kept leaning over to try to keep it in my mouth in a very uncomfortable chair, by the third test I was adjusting it myself and she as saying “that’s fine” when she cos gently didn’t put it close enough to my mouth forcing me to change my posture. It made the test more difficult and I’m glad I did it myself at the end. Yikes. The tech also told me she would be on a speaker guiding me for the second part of the exam but she failed to put herself in any mic, she just yelled from outside the closed pulmonary function test tube thing and she sounded distorted but I could make o it enough words to almost do it properly. It was really awkward and some of the comments she made just seemed unprofessional. This is really just another hint for me to make sure my exams, tests and imaging are done at sutter from now on. I used to make sure of this and thought it wouldn’t matter maybe, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask to get it changed but I really wish J did. My appointment was also on Mother’s Day morning, which was highly inconvenient but their soonest available or I would have to wait even longer. I find this all very strange for a professional hospital. I read that someone needed to encourage me, I did not feel any encouragement or help from this person. She even said something about how she was speaking to me wasn’t personal. I wasn’t taking it personal, I just found it disrespectful and again unprofessional. If you are reading this and thinking about getting your tests or anything done, I highly suggest sutter hospital or even healdsburg before this one. Maybe Santa Rosa is just overpopulated now, I don’t know why it seems better the more north you go. I live in Sebastopol, so the drive isn’t much different and I like the backroads to Windsor and healdsburg. A very pretty drive.

These people are extremely good at what they do and they love what they do.
Dr Agil, Dr Adam, head nurse Dawn, they left an impression I'll never forget, and so did everyone else I met there.
They saved my assets with a smile and no one panicked, exactly what to expect from pros.
Thank you guys
God bless you all 🙏❤️💐

From the. moment we walked in the door it was an AMAZING experience. The front desk women was so nice and helpful, to the RN who checked us in. It was a VERY VERY LONG day with Santa Rosa Memorial being our 2nd ER visit. I knew within the first 5 minutes we finally found the right place.
My son and I were traveling down south for a baseball game when my son got hit in the mouth with a baseball. This was not a small injury it was very serious (fractured jaw, stitches in inner lips and 3 of his bottom teeth moved completely back into his mouth) I knew instantly we could not travel the 3.5 hours home and get the help we needed for all his injuries. We started at a little ER and I was losing hope that we would not find the care my son needed. But then we arrived At Santa Rosa Memorial under DR. OMAR FERRARI. He listened, he saw my worries and he knew that he had to HELP my family find the care that he needed. He went above and beyond my highest expectations. It truly a miracle that at 12:00 am on a Sunday morning he arranged for my son to get treated. I can't thank this hospital enough and would recommend to anyone. I was truly losing hope and then counting my blessings. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Ferrari, you were all a true MIRACLE for our family.

I was in a horrific car accident. Car was totaled. I sustained a broken wrist clavicle, staple stitches throughout the face and skull. And uh, some Macy, 6 and C7 neck bone chips and I'll tell you what I was there for 11 days and the ER those people are spec. Tacular, I appreciated them tenfold, a tentative kind Consider it Talk to me, spoke to me. Let me know everything that was going on at all times very cool, very nice, and then even go into the regular rooms, not as much eyes on over there. However, they were still fantastic and they were very attentive and sought to my needs. I appreciated them, and I would absolutely Go back if I had to. I'd spend a few more days and the food wasn't bad. And even the lady who comes down from the kitchen to kitchen cook. She came up and saw me 3 times made sure that my food was good made me special shakes, protein shakes, man, I was blessed all the way around absolutely breast. And I thank them For taking care of me, saving my life appreciate it always be blessed later.

When you have a scheduled surgery it is a breeze! There is a lady named Collet and she is super kind and supportive! All doctors and staff are super sweet!

The only reason they don’t have a 5/5 is because when I had to go to the ER (this was during 2020) they put me in a room and forgot about me for an hour 😭😭. But over all amazing care!

I came here for my daughter’s walk-in EKG test. There were some miscommunication between ordering site and St. Joseph. However, the nice lady Luz. H helped us to take care of the problem and we were able to take the exam.
Everyone is super nice and kind.

My BF had emergency surgery last month. There were a series of issues, including privacy violations for which the nurse said 'You're not wrong, but we don't have the space to accommodate HIPAA privacy'. I will avoid this facility at all costs if possible!!

Definately consider the state of these reviews before visiting, if you have the choice. When you go to the hospital you go with the hopes that you'll be taken seriously, and with proper care (ESPECIALLY in the ER) but that was absolutely not my friends experience here. Nurse was dismissive and inconsiderate, seeming more intrested in trying to rush people out the door than taking the time to tend to my friends needs. 6 HOURS of discomfort, waiting around, and trying to find out whats happening, well past midnight...all while said nurse consistently disregarded her privacy and complaints.

This is not the place to go if you want basic respect.
