My doctor, Brittany English, and doctor popplewell are both super amazing. I suffer from chronic pain and nerve damage and together they help me in so many ways Britney English is super amazing. I can’t even tell you how many years I went without going to a doctor and she makes me feel so comfortable. She makes me feel like she cares and understands and at first I was super skeptical of talking to another doctor because I don’t like change and no one understands me like Britney English, however Doctor popplewell covers for her when she’s not in the office and I couldn’t have been more blessed together they have helped me manage my pain and truly care about how I feel inside and out they help me reach my goals and definitely super understanding and I’m so thankful for both of them and the Clinic always has positive energy. The staff that work there are great even the security has a good attitude overall just a really good place and I’m so thankful for the Clinic

My experience seeing a primary care provider and getting lab work at this facility has been excellent. The place seems brand new and spacious and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful.

This place is terrible. Every month they call to tell me my prescriptions are ready and every time I get there they say they have to order them. I have currently been waiting 1 hr. For my heart meds. Terrible customer service

Long time patient and seems place is run ruffshod 1 time my Dr. Didn't come in to my appointment? So instead of getting No care I'm shopping around for a better provider, also, don't use their therapists or say anything close to being honest they will turn against you in a heartbeat, Dr.Gelb and Tara budinger are 2 examples my doctor forgets I need help, or puts my pain on hold incredible I feel.very sad. When you call in you have to give name, D.O.B. and your address phone number really why ? Name and DOB should suffice.Find any other clinic is better I feel .

I love my doctor she’s great but all the nurses that work here are extremely unprofessional and for lack of a better word ratchet, I’m waiting in line to check in for my appointment for 5 minutes because both of the receptionists are on their phones texting, then I get an attitude when I say I’m trying to check in, I had my pants down in the room and I’m being looked at by the dr and there’s just nurses coming in and out like my whole private area isn’t out in the open, I asked them to tell me before they do anything and I just get a hold this and then I’m in pain and don’t even know why because nobody is telling me what they’re doing to me as they’re doing it, then I go to put my name on the waiting list to get blood work done and surprise surprise I’m waiting for the receptionist who looks like she’s 12 to finish up her text message and she then proceeded to ask me 3 times what name and date of birth are as she’s still texting so I have to repeat myself multiple times, also the two girls in the main reception area are always gossiping about patients that come in, like someone shouldnt be listening to you talk crap about them after you checked them in, what Is wrong with these people, this place has completely changed for the worse and it’s so heartbreaking because the community deserves to have people who actually care about their work because I have not once felt welcomed by any of the nurses here since Covid it’s just gone downhill in the express lane. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I ALWAYS have an excellent experience. My Dr., and her assistants always make me feel so comfortable and do their very best to accommodate me in or outside of the clinic no matter the circumstances. I would never trade in my Dr and her assistants for any other provider and hopefully won't have to for a long while to come.

My health issues have been much more stressful than the previous years and they have made things run so much more smoothly during this time. A Huge "Thank You" to them all!

If you sign a pain management contract with these people make sure that you are not going into surgery in the near future. I was sent home from surgery with an ice pack and no medication. Make sure your doctor knows exactly what they're doing and they have a conversation with the surgeon about your medication. I could say more but I'm not going to , until I get a doctor outside of this clinic. Educate yourself before going through these doors.

Losing wonderful doctor, almost 1yr to be assigned new provider but no contact from them entire time. Being 72yrs w sciatica tried 5yrs & 5xs asking not schedule me 4 morning appts, assured each time they made a note. Yet after 5yrs no luck still scheduling me morning appts. Perhaps will change since assured for 6th time note was made in my file! ( aggravating takes years to get this right, all patients have special needs, this clinic needs system of noting them.)
