I arrived with 2 other patients only 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. There were no other patients inside. We felt bad but I needed to get my burn on my ankle looked at.
Every employee greeted us with a smile and Professionalism. (Even though we all know they probably want to go home). They did the right thing with grace.
The care and treatment for my ankle with perfect.

The wait was minimal. We had a preoperative chest xray and a bilateral splint change because it was painful and likely done wrong in the emergency room at the time of injury. The staff and Dr Jones were wonderful. Great bedside manner and very professional. Good out come and less pain.

I'm not sure what to make of the negative reviews. My experience at this facility was excellent. I was in and out in under an hour. The person at the front desk was professional and efficient. I was seen by an MD who clearly knew her stuff. She took plenty of time to answer all my questions and called in a prescription to the local Walgreens that I had in hand shortly after I left the clinic. All in all, I would go back without hesitation.

Went to Immediate care for my first time. Girl at the first desk nor the girls behind the windows couldn’t even welcome me when I first walked in. Front desk staff have no customer service skills. Unfriendly and they can’t even smile at least act like you enjoy your job. Back office nurses were all very nice and had great customer service skills and they are empathetic. Dr Mahmud looked like he just woke up from bed. His hair was a mess reminded me when my kids were little when they would just get out of bed with bed hair. He was knowledgeable but not empathetic for being a doctor.

First time here, doctor correctly advised me on my painful hand swelling from a wood splinter that I had failed to remove quickly enough. His advice turned out to be correct...just wait awhile and see if it goes down, and it did. (I wasn't impressed with the steroid cream he advised tho since it might cause cataracts, not sure at what dose. I declined to use it). The dermatologist nearby didn't know enough to suggest a simple "wait and see". I'll be back.
Edit: AS of 1/1/25, they do not accept Medicare Advantage PPO plans! Even though these plans were designed to allow access to a broader choice of doctors. Additionally they will not allow individuals with this type of coverage to pay cash for services and self-bill their insurance companies. You're better off not having any insurance if you want to use this provider.

On Friday 11/8 I went to urgent care with a tooth infection. I was miserable in much pain. Pardip Gill the physician that treated me with my tooth issue. She was kind and respectful. I received an antibiotic shot, and prescription. I was in and out of urgent care fairly quick. The admitting nurse, and the nurse that administered the antibiotic shot, were also very professional and kind.

If this urgent care were a person they would be a rock star! They impressed me as someone who is new to CA and used to Midwestern health care. The staff is epic and welcoming, they are very compassionate, the doctors all listen to me carefully when I come in and help me quickly. They call in prescriptions fast. I go right across the street to my pharmacy and the prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. I was new here when I moved here 1 year ago and this place made me feel safe, welcome and took care of me like family. They processed my insurance quickly and are very efficient at paperwork and billing. I get in and out very quickly and always talk to the nurses and staff while there. I highly recommend this urgent care. I like staff who care when you are at your lowest and alone. I need doctors to listen to me when I come in. I cannot stress enough how it feels like family when you come in. When you are sick that is the best medicine along with quality care that a human being can receive.
