I highly recommend Dr. Gartner and her staff for weight loss and nutritional guidance. I work in healthcare and am often sceptical of programs that advertise rapid results and demand extreme changes in diet as they are often unrealistic in the long term. What I love about Dr. Gartner's program is that it focuses on eating healthy, whole foods as a lifestyle rather than a one time crash-course. I have permanently adopted her diet to loose and maintain weight and to supplement my training for long distance running competitions. I have also noticed an improvement in my clarity of mind and energy levels since reducing my carbohydrate intake. After I reached my target weight (34% body fat to 24% in just 2 months!!), Dr. Gartner worked with me on the phone, via email, and in person to discuss how I could maintain my weight while exercising.

Dr. Gartner and her staff (especially Crystal!) are always incredibly friendly and will always remember who you are and how your program is uniquely tailored to you.

Weight loss is a very personal, and in my mind difficult, subject to address honestly. Shame and fear of failure always stopped my progress in previous attempts. The program I'm on at 360, while difficult for the first short period of time, has been simple to follow, extremely successful and has re-calibrated my relationship with what I put in my body. There are components of the weekly visits that demystify the changes your body goes through and continue to motivate throughout.

I'd recommend 360 to anyone serious about making a life change for the better.

Approximately 3 years ago, I saw Dr Gartner for 6 months. During this time, I dropped about 15-20 pounds of post-pregnancy tummy and toddler-snack created weight that had snuck up on me over a few years. Her weekly guided coaching sessions (strategizing on how to survive an upcoming party, vacation, etc.) paired with an easy to follow shake/whole food plan and her insightful body scanning scale produced results I didn't know I would ever see again. She continued to support me on a lesser schedule once the weight was off to ensure that I could keep it off.

Within the past two weeks I was drawn back in to her office when I heard about the new tools in her office: Fat Reducing Ultrasound and Radiofrequency Skin Tightening. The ultrasound heats and breaks down the stubborn belly and flank fat that lingered in spite of my healthier habits now, and the subsequent radio frequency treatment ensures that there won't be any fat pockets or dimpling through the process of the ultrasound.

The entire treatment was easy and painless. First visit with measurements, planning, and treatment took about 80 minutes total. The ultrasound was warm, but their skill kept it from getting uncomfortable.

I was a little confounded after the treatment to find that I actually (and comfortably) tightened my belt by one additional notch! And most impressively, there were no after effects--I left her office directly to pick up my kids from school and continue with my day.

I'm looking forward to my next sessions with her to complete the treatment; I'll be ready for bikini season in January!
