Dr. Elrod is an amazing and very caring Doctor. He helps me with my endocrine issues and weight loss. He thoroughly explains the “whys” and “how’s” which help bring light to why I feel so lousy. Tara has been helping me with the Type 2 diabetes I developed and has helped me better understand my food choice intake. I won’t see any other doctor for my care because he’s the only one who has ever take. The time to figure out the “root issue” of things.

Lydia Petersen is an amazing FNP who has helped me tremendously this past year, seeing beyond the numbers, listening attentively to my complaints and symptoms so that I could be diagnosed correctly. Before I met with Lydia I had met with many other doctors and my health was on a constant downward spiral. Now my health is on an upward spiral. I could not be more thankful.

They do not answer their phone ever, I called them all the time on their open available hours, and they do not answer. I have left them messages in which they do not respond to. They took care of me when I was pregnant, and after I had my baby I was put on the back burner. I go in and staff is extremely rude. Very quick to tell me that they don’t have time today. I literally need an inhaler that I’ve been trying to get for days now. No luck getting ahold of anyone. If it’s 30 minutes after they’ve opened nobody answers, if it’s 30 minutes before they close, I still can’t get an answer. I will literally always just get a machine, maybe they get in late, and leave early? I’m not sure but this is ridiculous. Definitely switching to Wasilla Medical Center.

I waited a whole hour never saw a doctor or told they had an emergency, instead the receptionist told me to reschedule when I came out had to leave due to other responsibilities. I was then told they had a emergency and they were unable to see me. my point in this post is if u encounter this, tell the patient! If we dont sit in a room for 55 minutes and wait, I would've understood if I was treated with respect, if u know your going to give someone horrible news. clear a few hours after so other people arent waiting and their time isn't wasted.

I highly recommend Lydia Petersen, she is the only one who correctly diagnosed me and is helping me get my health restored. She gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just treat the symptoms
