Absolutely worst experience of my life. I was trying to get a breast pump for my wife through Molina Apple Health of WA and the only vendor authorized for a purchase pump is this company. I contacted the company and they responded with a bill for $75 and called it an "upgrade charge". I contacted the insurance company and they told me that it was ILLEGAL for him to directly bill or charge for a Medicaid Patient. Even got him on the phone with the insurance company and he was extremely RUDE to me as well as the insurance company. After the call agent for Molina told RON that it would be illegal for him to up-charge me for a double pump, he was even more rude. Ron had text me, as he was in a meeting, and told me that since the agent with Molina, made it sound like she wanted to get him in trouble, he no longer will even offer to give us the pump that is supposedly provided by Molina insurance.

So now because this Ron Real, gentleman refuses to provide us with what the insurance provides, we will have to drive 3 hours just to obtain a rental unit from the nearest shop that will accept the insurance.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

I had placed an order but when I did not hear back from them I decided to call them. I spoke to Ron who was not only unprofessional but quite rude. He told me that they do not call people when orders are cancelled (but without a reasonable explanation). He basically talked as if he could care less about my order. So of course I did not place another one. If you place any value on customer service, then I suggest you do not use this company.

#### BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE READ FIRST %%%% I called my insurance company due to the fact my present supplier did not accept my new insurance, I was having a hard time finding a carrier, so could they please help me. My wife only had a few days left of her supplies. I didn't realize the insurance wasn't going to be accepted until it was time to reorder. Here starts the review... The insurance customer insurance rep was polite enough to start three way calling to a short list of carriers that she knew of. She tried Advanced Home Medical, a recording came on, she had me leave a message, which i did explaining my situation and left my phone number with a " Will be awaiting your call. Thank You." Now being a good rep, she suggested i try another company just in case, to be sure I was able to obtain my supplies. Kudos to her... She dialed the second number. They answered. Eureka! and they do accept my insurance. The rep began with the placing of the order, which I finished with the product numbers needed. Finished. Two hours later, Ron called back. I st ated that I apologize for the inconvenience, but the insur carrier had placed the order with someone else as to my desperation in said supplies. he said "ok" Fast forward one week later. The med supply co didn't accept the insurance. Now I am desperate because I am running out of my wife's supplies. I called this Advaned co and first question I asked was do you accept my so so insurance, after a pause he said Yes..[.forgive me of my lack of correct punctuation, I just want to get to the obnoxious lack of caring and customer service.. thank you] now this is were i made a mistake... I told him I was the one that called the other day and left a message. I told him the situation I was in and HE HAD ME BY THE SHORT HAIRS, excuse my French. He said " I wasn't your first choice". I told him that actually he was my first choice, but he didn't answer the phone, so I left a message. I had thought that was the end, but the rep suggested I try another JUST IN CASE due to the urgency for supplies. ( if we dont have her supplies, my wife's condition would be a travesty.) Again, He became louder " I WAS NOT YOUR FIRST CHOICE". Now i am starting to see a pattern. I pledge under purjury of law that I am representing the incident as it occured!!!! So, I apologized for the rep dialing another number because she had my interest in the forefront. I said I would truly appreciate placing an order. " BUT I WAS NOT YOUR FIRST CHOICE" Now he is getting angry at me. I am hearing a cadence to this dance, so to speak. So I am by now getting frustrated. I said so you dont want to take my order and you accept my insurance. He LOUDLY responded, " I WAS NOT YOUR FIRST CHOICE. HOW IS THAT MAKING ME FEEL WHEN I CALLED YOU BACK> YOU LEFT A MESSAGE. YOU CHOSE ANOTHER..... I lost my composure at this point. I had control of my tongue, at my own admonishment, i should have not reminded RON..THE CHILDISH ONE of our prior conversation. I perceived it as " I should have just told the rep, lets wait til he calls back. BUT RON was the won she had strongly suggested. she told me that she has dealt with him before for something other than ostomy supplies, and he was forthwith. RON THE CHILDISH ONE WAS HOLDING MYSELF AND MY WIFE"S MEDICAL NEEDS H O S T A G E... I will say it again. Ron is holding, the present tense, HOSTAGE BECAUSE " I DID NOT CHOSE HIM FIRST" after he started ranting about leaving a message I pretty much let my tongue lose. with maturity, I loudly replied " dude your an A$$hole and hung up. I RESPECTFULLY ASK YOU TO JOIN MY CAMPAIGN TO BOYCOTT RON THE CHILDISH ONE FOR NOT--- NOT PICKING HIM FIRST

My Dr. Had place an order with this company earlier this month. I recieved a call asking to verify my address prior to the package being shipped, which I found amazing. The lady I spoke with was really helpful(no name left on voicemail). Fast-forward to today I gave them a call and was helped by a different lady(can't remember the name), she was soo helpful, attentive and most important assured me that she was going to ship out my package today .All my questions were answered by both ladies.

i was helped by ron. he went to bat for me and got my ins.company to change what was ordered to the what would best suit me. he went above and beyond the spectrum of his job to satisfy my needs. i would highly recommend ron and advanced home medical inc.for all your medical equipment needs.if at all possible ask for ron and see if he can help you and he will use all messieurs available to get what you need and satisfy your needs he did for me in a very professional manner with caring and concern for what was best for me THANK YOU RON FOR ALL THE HELP
