I've used the health center for my son's school physicals, minor illness and when I've had Covid. They have always been kind and professional. The waiting room is comfortable and the staff helpful. With medical costs sky-high I would always try here first before going anywhere else.

I've only had health coverage under ASEA for a month and I'm already fed up with this place. Keep reading if you're interested but I'm just going to repeat what many others have already said.

-The receptionists are completely incompetent. They won't do anything unless you ask at least three times. Sadly, I can't decide whether they don't know what they're doing or if they're just that lazy. Also, we've caught them lying to cover up their mistakes.
-The appointment are always late - usually close to an hour behind. If you are getting labs or other tests, those will take weeks and nobody will be able to tell you why. Don't expect to be able to do labs or imaging while you wait for your appointment because they'll make up an excuse as to why you need to make another appointment and come back a different day.
-Paperwork, prescriptions, and orders are constantly going missing. Expect to have to send everything to them multiple times. And then bring hard copies to your appointment because they probably still won't know what happened to them.

This place is a complete embarrassment and should honestly be shut down.

Reliably unreliable. The staff act professional and helpful enough but there's a serious breakdown in customer care. It took more than 2 months for them to refill a simple allergy medication, even though the front desk staff claimed they left messages for my provider. They also told me several times that they'd call me back to follow up, or have the provider call, but no one ever did. I took time off work for a phone appointment they missed. Yet when I was less than 5 minutes past the walk-in hours (but not past the clinic closing) they refused to see me. For as long as they keep patients waiting to see providers you'd think they could have a little grace themselves. It's as if they really dont want to deal with patients. I'm sure the medical care they provide is fine, but getting that care takes a lot of time and effort when you're already not at your best. If you can afford it or your insurance allows it go elsewhere.

They've had some issues with their receptionists but that seems to be getting better. Other than that, the wait times are very short. They have a nice new facility so I will remind them to change the listed address.

Can't say enough good things about them. I have to get my blood drawn frequently and they can do it first try every time with no pain. Dr. Edward Hall has been amazing in helping me and going over my charts.
