They have a fantastic man named Ernie there that is really good at drawing blood and I love working with Jackie and David and Bridget. I’m very disappointed with East Valley. It’s clear they don’t value their patients’ time. I was called to confirm my appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute—twice! While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen once, having it occur multiple times shows a lack of organization and respect for patients. People schedule appointments around their busy lives, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable.

I’ve decided to find a better clinic or hospital that prioritizes patients and understands the importance of keeping commitments. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone looking for dependable care.

Went in with no appt because of a really painful back injury and barely could walk thankfully one of the front girls was able to get me in with a dr as soon as possible that same day was super helpful. The nurse I believe her name was Alison seemed genuine and kind as well as the dr that was able to see me that day. Overall lovely staff everyone was so caring and kind.

I really appreciate the nice lady SOFIA( not sure of the name, she’s tan Spanish speaking seating closer to waiting area). She was so accommodating.Everything is provided even I haven’t yet asked. God bless you!

All my interactions with employees has been wonderful...
Asia Soriano PA is just the best . She goes over all my medical concerns and gets answers. She doesn't make me feel rushed or my Issues as minor.

Never a problem with appointments they get me in and out the lady's there r great and the doctor takes care of business, he takes care of what I go for and he gives me good advice when I ask. Thanks east valley

They have always treated us with courtesy and respect and provided excellent medical care and support It’s a one stop clinic that can help with all your needs including labs, nutrition, behavioral health and dentistry
They have always provided us with professionalism, compassion and exceptional customer service
