I have been coming to Lakeside West Covina for years now and the staff have always been very friendly & helpful. Today, in specific, I would like to share my gratitude to Cesar (LVN) and Justine (NP). Justine was helpful & informative by checking my ears & possibly referring me to a specialist, if needed. Cesar was very patient & persistent with the ear wax removal, although it was very stubborn to come off. My experiences here have been great & have never had a problem. Thank you guys!

Five stars and for this reason: from point of entrance, I was greeted by security guards because I had no clue what floor urgent care was. Upon entering, I was greeted by Miss Vanessa who then helped with patient registration, all done electronically.

I was then called in by Nurse Connie, she took vitals, wrote down my list of medications 😂 and I have a lot, thank you for your patience, you needed to confirm with me and a lot of medications, I was no longer taking.

Dr. L. Cao, thank you, 🥰 I appreciate your time and listening to me, going far and beyond..

Cesar, thank you for making that strep test smooth 🤩 thank you for your support and patience with me 🤣 thank God, it came back negative 🕊️

Receptionist that helped us is named Bo and was polite and friendly and quickly checked us in. Nurse that helped us named Connie was nice and quickly and efficiently took my daughters vitals and put us in our exam room fairly quickly. Over all great service. Prefer this facility over Kaisers urgent care.

Doctors really take care of the patients. They are always attentive and have great attitudes. My kids enjoy being seen here rather than the ER. Thank you doctors and staff for your kindness and dedication.

First time visiting this urgent care. Cesar and Connie were both super considerate. Cesar was very friendly and mindful. Connie did my EKG and she was very respectful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable.

Not a good experience. I felt as though the waits were excessive, staff were not attentive to experience (excessive waiting for point of care testing), and that I what I was trying to communicate was ignored by the providers. At this point, I feel as though I wasted my time and copays. I will definitely not return.

Connie was the person who took my vitals and was very pleasant. Great clean urgent care. Always come here for my family.
