We showed up 15-20 min early for a 1:30 appointment because we had an additional appointment across the street at the clinc at 2:20. I watched people come and go well after our appointed time. 2 o'clock came with no word or conversation from the front desk. I went to reschedule since we wanted to be on time to our next appointment. When i asked why it was taking so long. That we watched people come and go, and the person behind the desk just said, "i dont know." It stung a bit the fact that there was a moment no 1 was in the waiting room at 1 point and they never cared to notice or acknowledge our presence. It was clearly a quick procedure seeing at least 10+ people went in and come out in the 40 mins we waited. Zero professionalism. I wish i had 2 more hads so i can give them 4 thumbs down. Unfortunately this is on a star system and it only goes down to 1 strar (sad face)

Absolutely awful! I was placed on hold for 15 min then sent to an answering machine then I called back and was transferred to the wrong place twice. I’m simply trying to make an appointment. Fix your system!
