Great office experience. I was given a pre appointment link and filled out all demographics and insurance prior to the visit. Text appointment reminder sent.

What struck me was the office culture. Friendly and patient. Dr Diwan took a few minutes to introduce himself and get to know me. He was patient and kind with his staff. I was the last patient of the week and felt like he gave me equal attention as if it was Monday morning.

Even more impressive was the fact when a staff person needed feedback on entering data into the computer he was relaxed and gentle with his directions.

No real downside. Standard dental practice as you would expect. The office staff was pleasant but the team dynamic was beyond professional, more family like in its feeling.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received today. The staff were very professional and considerate. The doctor went out of his way to resolve my dental problem while minimizing the expense to me. He explained all procedures in detail and gave me options for future treatment. He took the time to build a rapport with me that is uncommon these days.

Great dentist in town! Staff is very thorough and kind. You can tell Dr. Diwan is very thorough and cares about his patients. He took the time to get to know me and my teeth and made helpful recommendations based on my unique issues. I switched over to him due to a positive referral (I was previously going to Woodland Smiles and had consistently terrible experiences) and am very glad to have found him! He did not recommend flashy extra treatments that were not necessary and made sure I was well taken care of. Kara the hygienist was great and very gentle with my teeth. Overall highly recommend this great office!

I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but this dental office may have changed my mind. Everyone was pleasant and I left with a smile and no pain. Even if all I had done was cleaning my teeth.
