Woodland Gardens Senior Living has been a blessing for our family. They stepped in during a very stressful and overwhelming time and made the transition seamless. Lauren, Executive Director, at Woodland Gardens Senior Living went above and beyond to assist in moving our family member into Woodland Gardens Senior Living within a week of first speaking. Lauren was always available to answer my phone calls and text messages throughout the day and night, including weekends. Lauren went out of her way to meet us in person before we moved our family member into memory care. We continue to visit our family member at this facility and she is happy, cared for, loved, and is making friends. We know that this was a wonderful fit for both our family member and Woodland Gardens Senior Living.

A home away from home. A much needed upgrade has arrived and continues both inside and out of the facility, under new ownership; its wonderful. The interior courtyard / sanctum, is adorned with huge oak trees, singing birds and flooded with beautiful rose bushes to help deliver the God given peace the soul needs on a daily basis.

The devotion, dignity, care and love from the dedicated staff from ALL departments , was second to none. I lived there for 3 weeks and witnessed first hand, how they went above and beyond their “ job description “ in genuinely caring for our dear mother over the past 18 months. I won’t mention names, but there are definitely angels working there!

When my time comes, don’t be surprised to see my address change to 240 Palm Ave.

My loved one has been at Palm gardens for a few years now. In a time, and age, where the world is cruel, cold, and unforgiving, it is our elderly who seem to be afflicted the most. I can honestly say that since my loved one has been at Palm gardens, I have witnessed true compassion, professional Care, and a moral drive to nurture their residents. They may be short-staffed at times, true. But that is only due to their high standards that they have for their employees. The ones that have gone, have gone because of their inability to meet the high standards set by Palm gardens management. The new administrator Marcy and her staff, are without a doubt the only group of people that I recommend for your loved ones care.

Since September 2023 the building is under new ownership and is now called Woodland Gardens. Not only did they get new owners, they also got new management, new employees, even the building got a new look inside and out! This place definitely has changed for the better !

When we moved our mother to Palm Gardens from another Residential Care Facility she was in Hospice Care with "hopefully 6 months at best" . After 5 months, with the loving care she has received at Palm Gardens she has been taken out of Hospice and is doing very well at age 100. I have nothing but praise for Marci Vasquez and the Palm Gardens staff. 5 stars is not enough..

If you have any ounce of love for your relatives please do not send them to this facility. The nurses are neglectful, rude, unprofessional, careless, and sinister. They allow the residents to starve, suffer from severe hydration, lay in their own feces, and even punish them if they are being difficult. These people are human beings, and these people who CHOSE this profession treat their patients like garbage, if that. Why would people who choose to spend their lives in this facility neglect and abuse those who are forced to be here? This place needs to be shut down. Please, if you care about the well-being of your loved ones, find them a real, caring facility and check on them often. This place is horrific.

I went in for a tour today and i was so sadly ignored and given a quick kind of get me out of the door tour by the weekend receptionist. it was so bad. the building has a lot of narrow dark halls and its confusing.the rooms were clean but very small and out dated. the showers had wood benches inside that looked scary! i wasn't even walked out, just left to find my way back and i got lost n gave up. i waited until someone walked by like 5 mins or an employee to come up and asked how to get out she rolled her eyes and pointed and then just walked away from me. i am really sorry i went in there. defiantly not the place for my grandma or anyone elses loved one.

This Place cares more about the Money than they do about the Residents. I used to work there and was always given the HEAVY HALL and I have a bad Shoulder. They don't care about their Employees either or their attendance. I worked the ENTIRE FLOOR in the AL side BY MYSELF FOR 8 HOURS, and was never once checked on or anything. I just kept getting yelled out by the Med Techs and Management because it was taking so long for me to respond to Calls. An Incident happened between me and another Employee and for a few weeks straight, I was CONSTANTLY harassed by Management. The Caregivers are rude and think they're all that!! They sit on their Phones in Memory Care. So glad im no longer there and will never go back!!
