I have found the doctor and staff to be knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I have been fit in for a walk in appointment, and not had to wait excessively for regular appointments. Many doctors and clinics do not want to serve Medicare patients or make appointments months out. I am impressed that there is this level and quality of care available for patients who may be unable to afford to pay out of pocket.
My only complaint is that they do collect an excessive amount of personal information at intake and ask repetitive questions each appointment.

I'm a new patient here at PCHS and I'm blessed to have a team of medical professionals in my corner. David Albritton FNP-C and his medical assistant Excellent Care Providers. The front desk ladies ( Appointments and Scheduling) very helpful. My only issue is No one could help me Create a New Patient Portal Account on my phone. Still can't figure it out. Hopefully next visit they will help me acessing this PCHS Patient Portal.

The staff at pchs are professional and extremely helpful. The Mental health team is good at taking care of patients needs and making sure the patient comes first. Quality care is what I've seen from them and Dr. Fremaux is top notch

Wonderful experience all around. I have a terrible problem with one of my eyes, and the beautiful, intelligent Doctor did an amazing job of keeping me aware of our procedures and explaining everything as many times as my space case brain needed to hear it. The receptionist is adorable and spunky(think Abby from ncis) and the handsome nurse guy made me comfortable while I was waiting for my appointment! Go here!

I was very pleased with my appointment yesterday. The Doctor was very thorough and took time to explain to me that I could contact him at anytime and that everything was appropriately confidential. We discussed my history which has included 7 doctors in the last 18 months. We reviewed all the different medicines that have been prescribed and he agreed to become my
Primary Care Provider. The appointment included a blood draw and an agreement to have an Aortic Ultrasound done. The Hospital called me about and scheduled the Ultrasound for next Tuesday. There was no sense of rush during the appointment as the Doctor made it very obvious that I was the center of his attention during the appointment. As someone who has been very healthy, for most of my adult life, it is reassuring to believe that I have a Doctor now that will assist me going forward especially as I may need to make some significant decisions.
