My daughter and I have received the best service. The staff are very compassionate, professional and just kind to their patients.
They gladly accepted our insurance, and worked efficiently. Our dental needs was met and walked out of their office with a smile!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Woodland Family Dental for some dental work, and I must say, it was truly a great experience. Despite the fact that it was a 2 1/2 hour just one way, yet the drive for me, and the exceptional service & care I received made it all worth it.

I had seen some negative reviews when i was searching for dentists for my complicated Bridge issue. Thank God, I went with my gut and still went, and I am so glad I decided to give them a chance.

Dr. Kaur was not only highly experienced but also incredibly pleasant and reassuring. I cannot understand why anyone would leave a low star review for this amazing dental practice. From now on, even if my local insurance does not cover their services, I will definitely make the drive to Woodland Family Dental. Their outstanding care and professionalism have won me over.

My first appointment nobody acknowledged that I was there. No one said hello hi or nothing. The girl came in and started doing x-rays didn’t say her name or if she was the dentist or whatever the dentist came in and was in and out he clearly didn’t have time to discuss my situation or any other plans of treatment. Their fees were astronomically high, even with my insurance. Very awkward atmosphere feeling like you’re being scammed constantly.

Do not waste your time here. I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor, despite informing them beforehand that I was in pain. When he finally arrived, he didn’t introduce himself—just said “hi” from his behind. He then proceeded to hit my teeth with a very hard instrument, causing extreme pain and potentially damaging the enamel. After explaining my dental issues, he told me the manager would be coming and left. I waited another 15 minutes for her, but I had to leave for another appointment. She gave me an appointment for the next day but didn’t mention that the doctor will not do extraction without a graft or PRF (either costing $399, not covered by insurance). However they said it is an optional.

The next day, I told her I preferred to proceed with the extraction only, as I have had the other side wisdom extracted in New York without bone graft or prf and it worked also i wanted both sides to be the same for contouring. She then told me she needed to check with the doctor. When she returned, she said he wouldn’t proceed without the graft or PRF and canceled the appointment after i walk in and again waste a time. I find this unethical and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone—it’s a complete waste of time.

I’ve been to many dentists in my 70 years. This office is definitely one of the worst. Uncaring & incompetent office staff and patients pushed thru like cattle. NOT recommended.

Woodland Family Dental where have you been all my life! Every dental visit should be like the kindness I received today. It started with Ashley scheduling same day appointment. Next the Beautiful Receptionist checked me in, while waiting I enjoyed the office beats before meeting Kim doing X-rays, then I laughed with the Dr. and moved right along to Adrianna who did my impression and I'm telling you it WAS A PARTY and I WAS GUEST OF HONOR!! If you've had bad experiences, Woodland Family Dental will change your view. Can you feel me SMILING BEFORE FULL PROCEDURE?😁👌💯🎯

Just moved to Woodland less than a year ago and was searching for a good dental office. Tried a couple of different places but didn’t like it until I came here. This office is nice and clean. The work environment is great and all the staff are kind and helpful, especially Cindy, Adriana, and Lily who has been helpful every time I’m here. Knowing my tight work schedules they have accommodated me all the way. I recommend this place to everyone who needs their dental work done

by far the best dentist i’ve been to! (coming from someone with a dentist phobia!) i went to western dental for a checkup yesterday and was not satisfied with my appointment and decided to get a second opinion. i called this place this morning and was able to come in just a couple hours later! turns out i had THREE cavities that western dental didn’t even find and was able to get my fillings and a cleaning THE SAME DAY! everyone was so lovely and reassured me everything was fine. the building was also very clean and had a nice calming environment 🙂 10/10 will recommend everyone to go here!
