Had a great experience here at Sutter urgent care. The wait time was around a 45 min which was a little less than the hour I was told I’d have to wait, so that was nice. I could tell the staff were efficient, because the cut wait time and patients were getting called back regularly.

Carmen took me back and she was very attentive, quick, and friendly. Dr. Torado was great!! He ensured he took his time with me asking if I had further questions or needed clarification on anything - I never felt rushed! I hope I don’t have any need to return obviously, but if I did need to, I’m happy to know that I’ll be in great hands.

Dr. Semrad is amazing. She is through, knowledgeable, and I feel I’m in excellent care. Her level of competence is outstanding. I followed her from UCD on the recommendation of my primary doctor. There was a crowd waiting when I arrived at 5:10. Everyone was orderly and the receptionist got us all registered based on arrival time. Once I got in to a room, the PA was efficient. She had already looked at my records and after looking at my wound prescribed antibiotics. She gave me one pill to start that night and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy for pick up the next day. I was pleased.

Easy to schedule seen promptly. Staff was courteous. Dr. Maxwell was thorough and efficient. He did a good history and focal physical exam, ordered appropriate tests, and followed up with me explaining everything. Overall, as good an experience as I could have hoped for.

Once it came my turn to see a doctor, everything was great. Dr. Blohm was very helpful as well as personable. He took care of my problem quickly and competently. My only two objections to Urgent Care had to do with the long waiting time and the lack of an adequate system for insuring that the first to come are the first served (not counting the legitimate emergencies). The honor system isn't reliable. Each patient should be assigned a number when he or she first arrives, not later.

I went in on January 1st and was seen by Dr. Maxwell. I had been really sick for much longer than normal. He was kind and caring and quickly ordered a chest x-ray to reveal that I had pneumonia. He prescribed antibiotics and even called me at home that evening. I'm so thankful for him and the entire care team. I'm finally feeling like my old self thanks to Sutter Davis Urgent Care.
