Christie is amazing! she's very knowledgable about her practice and asks all the right questions to pin point exactly where I need work done. I started making appointments with Christie when I was 6 months pregnant and having sciatica issues. It only took a few appointments and I was feeling back to my normal, active self. A few years ago I started taking a more holistic approach to my health and discovering acupuncture has done wonders for my body. I highly recommend Christie at Anchor + Summit Wellness.

I have never done acupuncture before... so honestly, my first time at Anchor Summit Wellness Clinic was a bit intimidating. However, walking in I was immediately greeted by Christie's warm smile and a hearty welcome. She has a wonderful office/treatment room and makes the environment easy to feel comfortable in. Her quiet professionalism and willingness to answer questions helped ease my anxiety about the process. The acupuncture definitely was not painful. The needles are so small it's hard to recognize they're there. And any notion of them is easily washed away by the soothing warmth of the Biomat Table. Personally though, my favorite aspect of the treatment was the Cupping. You can just barely feel the heat from the flame as she works the muscles of your back via the glass cups. Loved it. As an avid CrossFit athlete and general labor worker, I hope to incorporate cupping into a regular long term aspect of care. Overall, very happy with my experience and strongly suggest you book an appointment with Christie. Whether you are a local, or just stopping by Seward for the weekend, you will not be disappointed with your experience. Check it out!

I had a very positive experience at Anchor Summit & Wellness. Dr. W was very professional and listened closely to my descriptions. She has an excellent new patient form that helps identify “whole-body” wellness. Nothing was painful, and everything was thoughtful and focused. I saw improvement in several areas of my body after the first treatment! I would highly recommend this business and personalized treatment plan.

I was suffering from sleep issues and pain when I came to Dr. Wisel. She is such a gifted healer. Every session was extremely relaxing and restorative. Anchor + Summit Wellness Clinic is such a warm and inviting space. I've been to acupuncturists where they use paper sheets instead of cloth sheets on the treatment table and it feels very clinical and impersonal. Anchor + Summit feels like a spa! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Dr. Wisel!
