I have been going there for years, the doctors are professional and so are the nurses. If you go with an issue they'll assist you and give you testing, if it is out of their capabilities they'll send you to a specialist. The receptionist are very sweet and care to get you assisted. Over all, the staff is professional and I enjoy going there. Once again, I have been going there for years since my teenage years.

Dr. Skeivys and Dr. Shanahan are excellent professionals but unfortunately, the rest of the employees are very rude and trying to get someone on the phone becomes a challenge. 9 out of 10 times no one would pick the phone at their offices and you'll get a message that says "we are too busy, call again and don't leave a message". What kind of service is that?

I am truly disappointed in the service I received my insurance is very limited to the provider and well I landed here I thought all was well until they gave me someone else's whole medical records. I felt so violated for the person and well I keep wondering if she received mine. I told Dr Skeivys that the file wasn't mine and he insisted it was so I just took them thinking maybe they wrote the wrong name on the envelope months went by and I run into the envelope and I finally decided to review the paper work and it hit me like a ton of bricks that these were not my documents. I go the next day to inform them of their incredible mistake and all they had were excuses the Dr was on Vacation and they acted like it was nothing no one could answer if the other patient had my documentation and they couldn't even give me my originals. I was and still am extremely livid especially when they state and push HIPAA so much yet they violated this and I didnt even get an apology.

The staff on this place is nice and kind but very unreliable, theres ZERO communication between staff and patience, they waited until the last minute to communicate to me important information. this almost cost me to lose an appointment. if you decide to come here make sure you are on top of them and constantly calling or simply go somewhere else .

The staff is careless and do not communicate when anything has gone wrong with referrals. They lose paperwork and are never on the same page. I had to, on multiple occasions do the leg work for the assistants at the front desk because they were lazy. The male doctor is kind, but when left up to his staff, they ruin the entire visit there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SKEIVYS IS A TERRIBLE OLD MAN WHO NEEDS TO RETIRE! HE HAS ALZHEIMER! HE DOESN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING! DOESN'T KNOW WHERE MY RECORDS ARE AND CONSTANTLY FORGETS ABOUT MY HEALTH CONDITIONS. SKEIVYS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS BECAUSE EVERYTIME I GO VISIT HIM, HE ALWAYS FORGETS ABOUT MY CONDITIONS AND WHY I'M THERE. SKEIVYS LOVES MONEY AND FOOD BUT HE DOESN'T CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. I ALSO HEARD HE PRESCRIBES UNNECESSARY BAD DRUGS TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T NEED IT! SKEIVYS IS A CROOK AND A PHONY DOCTOR WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU! I DON'T KNOW HOW HIS PARENTS RAISED HIM AND HE IS A TERRIBLE PERSON! I HOPE HE RETIRES NOW SO HE CANNOT HARM ANY MORE PATIENTS!

Best médical service everytime, being from Canada, don't personally believe in health insurance, but the level of amazing professionalism and actual care has for the past 16 years never disappointed me, and the coast has always been lesser than the amazingly swift and efficent care I always received.
