The staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort, recovery, and well-being, treating her with kindness and respect at every step. Their attentiveness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference during this challenging time.

I was visiting a friend at Woodside Healthcare Center. Being a long term care nurse myself, i am keen to be very observant. My first impression of The place was clean, bright, with welcoming atmosphere & didn’t smell. The administrative staff were approachable. The staff appeared calm & kind in attending / mingling with their residents.
Therapy room was spacious and inviting.
For just a short stop at this place, I certainly would not hesitate to ask anyone to check it out for yourself if looking for a place for a love one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been in many skilled nursing facilities, and if I ever have to go back to one , I'm coming here! Friendly staff great OT & PT, and the assistant director. Olga, helped me with all of my other needs. I applaud them all for their hard work which has paid off in a first class SNF!

I recently spent over a week at Sutter Hospital in the ER and the ICU. I was discharged on New Year's Day. The Sutter Team was amazing, as always. They recommended a Rehab Facility for me on the next step of my journey. That Rehab Facility was Woodside Healthcare Center, where I spent the next 3 weeks.
I did not know what to expect. I want to share that my time there truly far exceeded my expectations!! Woodside has created a positive and kind culture. That culture is focused on providing extraordinary care for patients. Every touch was a joy, and they have a wonderful, caring, and loving staff. I have been working on a nonprofit startup to help reduce the Global Isolation and Loneliness Epidemic. I had the chance to interact with senior leadership, their staff, and patients. Woodside is a model organization and makes each patient feel like they belong. I strongly recommend that anyone needing Rehab in NorCal should check them out. I am grateful for their kindness and excellent care!

Terrible food. They didn’t clean the bathroom once while I was there. The alarm for the nurse was so high pitched and going on the entire time…day and night. Terribly understaffed. I was trying to walk myself into the bathroom and they let me fall. So the nurses weren’t very safety conscious. There were some good CNA’s there but only a few.. Natalia, Cindy the two best CNA’s and also Leo and Justin.
The PT department was great and they were very put together.
I don’t recommend this place it’s very depressing and I found myself crying all the time. Olga isn’t good at explaining things. They would constantly be forgetting medication and not just for me but for my roommate too. The male nurses were very prompt with medication as well as an Asian nurse. But everyone else could care less
Pick somewhere else if you love the person that need that kind of care.

Do not recommend this facility for family members. They don't help with bathing the patients despite soiling themselves because "its not their day" resulting in infections. Waited 8 hours for someone to finally bring my mother an ice pack. The first day the staff encouraged walking around/visiting in the courtyard and then the next day they were placing a lock on the door and saying she's no longer allowed outside. Facility doctors only came by once in 5 days and it was at 9:30pm! 3 nurses at the nurses station and none available to answer questions. No OT or PT provided depsite asking for it. We understand the staffing ratios are not a result of the staff themselves, but everyone should be aware of the lack of care provided at this facility. Terrible this is what we have to offer our elderly, sick, and people with disabilities.

This review is a little late as my father has been home for quite a few weeks now. These guys took care of my father after he was taken to the hospital. I chose this place based on the location, it was close to the house. I had no idea how great things would be. The managers and workers were great with him. The special attention he got from Nadine, Jane, and Lance was awesome and greatly appreciated. My father wasn’t a good patient by any means. He was quite grumpy and just wanted to leave. The care, patience and encouragement he was given every day was great.

Woodside is a lovely facility that is very clean, welcoming and home-like. The staff are very caring, and many have been there for a long time. You can tell the facility is well established. I highly recommend this facility for short-term rehab.
