This is the worse children’s clinic booking service! I first visited this clinic almost four years ago, when my daughter was born. She’s received all her check ups and shots done there. However, booking an appointment is absolutely dreadful! Recently, I walked in to pick up my daughter’s shot records for School and booked an appointment with a guy at the front desk. He had scheduled us for the next week and on the day of, I called in to notify them that I would be no later than five mins late due to traffic for her physical appointment. I was shocked to learn that the operator had no records showing any appointment for my daughter’s physical; she later transferred me to this location and they confirmed that nothing was booked! I went in person for this! Although, I was frustrated with this situation I asked to schedule another physical and now he says that the next availability was the 23rd of February. I was irritated and asked to be on a waiting list for a cancellation, in which he confirms that they don’t have such thing and that I would need to call every day or week to check for cancellations. It’s now Feb 21, I received a text confirmation for an appointment today at 2:30pm. I called to check on the status of the appointment that was scheduled for Feb 23 and I was told that they do not open on Sundays! I am pissed now that it’s nearly 2pm and no way to make it there by 2:30pm. The front desk lady passed my call to a man who tells me the same thing and all of a sudden I can get an appointment the next week, Feb 27. My child has not been able to attend School since the 3rd of February and they are well aware, but don’t care at all! They give the worse vibes on the phone and even in person! This is definitely not the way it used to be and need to change management or employees!! I will no longer take my daughter there again!!

I took my child here for the first few months of his life absolutely horrible please don’t take ur child here. When we went here during the summer the rooms were always hot and humid it was disgusting, they never offered me a breastfeeding mother to turn on the ac they had in the room. Second customer service is absolutely awful the people that answer the phone seem like they just hate life and are so mean and have the worst attitude I have never ever received this type of awful customer service and that says a lot. I moved to another clinic and the difference is insane . Doesn’t take a lot to be nice … as well as the wait time on the phone it takes years to even get someone to answer. As well as having somone to call you back to make another appointment it should be a thing here my new clinic does that and they seem to care a lot more about how the health of the babies and how they are doing then at this clinic. 0/5 stars never going here again do better and get people who are actually nice when it comes to customer service….. never again. Whoever is in charge at this place is just here for the check absolutely disgusting their so many awful reviews already it should be a wake up call for these people but seems like this place is always gonna be awful…..

I would give five stars for the doctors but this rating is only based on their horrible phone service. Just to make an appointment for my kids I always wait up to an hour.
So frustrating, and disappointing since this place is a great clinic.

I love the doctors they have been amazing in supporting my kids unfortunately their phone system is a negative ⭐

I have had excellent experience when I took my daughter here about three year ago and so I took my little one here days ago. I love the doctors here, they are as fabulous as previously. However one of the front desk (as well as when she pick up my call for scheduling an appointment ) was Terrible. Very inpatient tone of voice from the starting, do not wait you to finish your question, told me "no all full " on the day I requested, although later on it was proved that there were actually available time spot. Don't even expect any greeting words at all.
It is sad to have such a front dest for such a good clinic.

The residents are attentive. What I dislike is there is always a different professional for every consult which shows inconsistency. Phone Service is HORRIBLE. Statement of service hours is from 8am-5pm. There is no one to answer phone until 9am or after and the automated message is for after hours (?). Replace your personal or change the service hours.

I’ve been taking my child to this clinic for years now, and although the wait time has always been long (COVID actually helped this clinic so they aren’t over booking) in the last few months it’s been ridiculous when attempting to make an appointment.

I called and was on hold for almost 3 hours after being caller 13, just so the person on the other end to hang up.

As far as our experience while in office you can expect to be there anywhere between 1.5hrs-2 from start to finish since they have you waiting in the room for so long. The doctors are very nice and back staff is friendly but the back and forth between physicians is very time consuming and repetitive.

Every time I bring my son here we always have a pleasant experience with every doctor. The front desk is kind gracious and they wait is never to long! My son is four years old and has autism and they always make sure he has everything he needs and all the services available to him.

I would give five stars for the doctors but the front desk and phone service is horrible unfortunately. I strongly to get in contact with doctors. Especially when I have questions.. I need answers to supporting my son etc..
The front desk should be able to direct call to the right people right away not call backs every time and answer questions and or get some to call back. So frustrating, when I can make contact with a doctor or a nurse in a timely fashion.

I love the doctors they have been amazing with supporting my son and getting him what he needs
