I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kristen Sherman at Menlo Medical. She is warm, a good listener and an excellent physician. After using a different healthcare provider for the last four years, it's nice to be back at Menlo Clinic where I can get an appointment when needed and I am respected and treated as an individual.

Dr. Bennitt is a phenomenal primary care doctor. She is extremely competent and always on top of everything. She's easy to reach and responds much faster than I would expect. On top of all that, she is incredibly kind—you truly feel like you have a fabulous doctor looking out for you.

Outstanding service from Dr. Thornton and her staff. Dr. Thornton is the consummate doctor. Highly competent, understanding, caring, kind and a great communicator. She listens to you and asks questions. We are so thankful that she is our doctor. My husband has her also and both of us have nothing but high praise for her and her staff.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Chen I would. She really listens and cares and gives the best advice. She is very thorough and has always found the right treatments for me. I feel so incredibly lucky to have Dr. Chen in my court as my doctor.She is simply the best!

I am new to MMC but so far my experience has been excellent (as it has been with all of Stanford Health). I just had an infection and was able to get a next-day appt with my PCP, Dr. Buesing (who is excellent!!). I see lots of people complaining about not being able to get into the clinic as new patients. I called weekly for months and was able to get in. That's what it takes and I knew it. There is more demand than supply; the sooner you accept this and adjust the more likely your chance of success. In order to get to this point, I had to learn to navigate the system and had literally dozens of calls and never experienced a lack of professionalism. We'll see what the future brings, but so far it's great.

We are very happy with our experience at Menlo medical. Dr. Millan is a great pediatrician who is super responsive and great with our kids. The nurses are amazing, especially Katie. Anytime I have a concern and send a message I get called usually within an hour and nurse Katie always is so thorough and gets us seen in person asap if needed. Dr. Walford is also an incredible allergist who has helped us so much with our daughters allergies and asthma. We moved farther away but still drive over to Menlo medical to see this awesome care team.

Terrible customer service. I am an employee of stanford and i am shocked to experience such customer service. Im just trying to book for ultrasound appointment but the person on the line doesn’t know what c-icare means im speechless that i decided to go to other location. She actually dismiss my concern about the time if i can make it since i work on nights and said go to some other place. Im truly sad and appalled
