I returned post op because I was septic, the ER doctor was very dismissive of my symptoms and was quick to “suggest” my symptoms and complaints weren’t real. Terrible bedside manner. The nurse who was taking “care” of me was terrible at inserting the IV. After multiple resticks and jokes about “you clearly don’t drink enough fluids and your veins aren’t there” she finally got a vein to work after unnecessary added pain. I’ve never been told my veins are hard to stick. She treated me like a pin cushion. The ER I was not impressed with at all. Would not recommend. The L&D and recovery floors however were EXCELLENT. The Drs and nurses were impeccable and took such good care of me.

Slow as molasses. The employees give off a very “we don’t care” vibe. Nothing about this place is good.

Too bad you can’t give zero stars. No care; complete disregard. Make the drive to Fairhope or Mobile.
