Aside from the front desk girl, the vibe was jank from the laser lipo consultant lady. She was rude and was not a good listener. Just felt like she wanted to push her products, saying that every other esthetic facilitie’s equipment were knock-offs and only their’s is the best. Which I felt was a bold claim. This was a bad experience. I went in for my first consultation and area treatment for the laser lipo and there wasn’t enough time and the lady straight up told me, “we have other paying customers” like I wasn’t paying as well. So I had to come back. Overall rude, pushy and they sweat you so much if you hit them up on Facebook, I got jammed up with numerous calls, txts and emails from them. So be careful when you give them your information over facebook.
Overall, definitely do your research first and know your own body before considering coming here for the laser lipo, because no matter what I said about my personal health and body she kept cutting me off saying, “it’s back by clinical studies” over and over. Greasy used salesman vibe is what she was giving, sounded desperate to convince in order to make a sale. I would never come back because of that woman. Who didn’t even give up her name might I add.
The one star is for the receptionist, she was great!
