If I could score them with zero stars I would. What a terrible way to run a medical supply business. I'm a CPAP user and my previous medical supplier (Precision CPAP) went out of business and my account was automatically transferred to Pro Health. What a nightmare it has been! My previous supplier was also located in Prattville would mail me my supplies every quarter. When my prescription was about to expire, they would inform me in advance so I could get it renewed. It was so easy and so simple to get my supplies. As for Pro Health.... I quickly found out they are not "PRO" anything. After I was transferred to Pro Health my supplies were running low so I called them and asked when my next resupply would come. I was told they don't mail supplies out automatically. I needed to call and tell them when I wanted more supplies. So a couple months ago I called and told them I need a resupply. They said okay no problem. I wait a few days and call back. Nobody know what's going on and they eventually figure out my prescription had expired but never an explanation as to why I wasn't called back and informed of this. Okay, no problem I take care of that and go back to get my supplies. I'm now told that I'm only due a partial resupply, but if I wait until the following month I'll then be eligible for all of the necessary replacement items. So I wait another month and call them up and ask for my supplies. I'm told they will package them up and call when they're ready for pickup. Three days later I haven't heard anything so I go there and yet again nobody knows nothing. So they spend 20 minutes looking in the computer before grabbing a plastic shopping bag and filling it with supplies off the wall display. They bill me, hand me the bag, and I'm on my way home. I get home and open the bag only to find all of the equipment I was provided is for a completely different CPAP machine. Keep in mind I had been getting my supplies here for almost a year at this point. I would think they would know what I require. I go all the way back to Pro Health and they look in the computer some more and tell me those are the correct items. I informed them what model of CPAP machine I had and they looked in the computer and scurried off to the wall to pick out more bits & pieces to put in the bag. Upon their return I noticed the bag with the facemask is marked "L". I take a large facemask, but I require a "M" medium headgear. I SPECIFICALLY STATE, "this says "L", but I require medium headgear". I'm told the medium headgear is in that package marked with the big "L" on it. This is a hermetically sealed bag mind you. I know, I know, I should have opened that sealed bag there on the spot, but I didn't. I went home, opened it, and just as expected it contained a large mask and large headgear. When I went back for the umpteenth time to get this rectified I was actually given attitude by the clerk for their multiple screw ups! Canceled my prescription immediately and told them I'd find another supplier. They were totally inept at their jobs. How hard is it to look at a computer screen and then go pull the correct items off the shelf?

The company served their purpose during our time of using them, they were nice and communicative. My only negative remark would be to make sure you get everything stated by them, IN WRITING. Upon purchasing a piece of medical equipment from this company, we were informed that we could return the equipment when we were finished with it, and we would get a flat refund of XXXX dollars without any fees or taxes, no matter the condition or parts. When we returned the medical equipment, they tried giving us $400 less then what was originally told to us. We haggled a little and i was able to settle on an amount, but it was not the amount initially stated.

I am a customer using a c-pap. When I went in the staff was very helpful and understanding. They know how to teach you all about the machine and how to use it. Very friendly employees and owner is always polite and accommodating. Highly recommend this business. If they don’t have it they will get it ordered for you. I can say they are extremely busy. Always answering the phones and assisting walk ins.

My family has used this business for years & I have highly recommend them. However over the past few months the customer service just isn't there anymore. We have been waiting a few months for them to get in a back brace that the Dr sent in a order for, they had to order it ( totally understand). I have called several times to check on it and they made me feel like I was bothering them for calling. I asked each time do you have a ETA on when it will come in? No we do not! Mind you the back brace is for my 78 year old Dad! Today I called for something else and same treatment, like I was bothering them. I won't be back nor will I recommend them to anyone or other businesses

I went here to get a new CPAP machine following a sleep study. The staff were very nice and personable. They were very thorough with explaining and fitting the headgear and mask. I am very pleased with the service and level of knowledge. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing medical supplies.

Very poor customer service. We visited the store today in hopes of purchasing a lift chair. One sales lady on the floor helping another customer-understandably so-however there were 2 more ladies in the back office chatting and never acknowledged we were there! We never received a hello or anything and we were in the store approx 10 minutes. Not a good way to run a business!

I was recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and chose this supplier based on the recommendation of a family member. I have really been suffering from Sleep Apnea for quite a while now and as a result, I have been reading up on it because I want to get better and to feel better. I went in with a list of masks by Resmed and Fisher & Paykel that I was interested in trying out or at least looking at, however, the salesman that was setting me up, Chris Dover, while appearing to be friendly, was not accommodating. When I came in, he had already picked out a mask that he wanted me to try and told me that it was the best one in the store. He was dismissive about the masks that I wanted to look at and would not show them to me, even though I was the paying customer. The mask that he had decided I was going to buy from the store was from a Chinese brand (3B), and I later found out that the company wasn't well known for it's quality. However, in the interest of not causing a scene, I bought it and within 4 days, the Velcro had lost it's strength and the mask would not stay connected to the head gear. Mr. Dover also told me that my doctor wanted me to have a full face mask, however, when I got home and looked at my prescription, the sleep doctor prescribed a nasal mask and there was no mention anywhere regarding a full face mask. I think this store had a mask that they needed to sell and thought that because I was new to this, that they could take advantage of me. When I went back in to return the mask, the woman who works in there was condescending and acted irritated when I said that the mask was of poor quality and was defective. I also saw on my receipt from my initial visit that the store charged me and my insurance company for 2 air filters for my CPAP, but after looking through all of my purchases, the filters were not in the bags that they gave me to take home. I will say that if you are someone who wants to play an active / proactive role in your health or the health of a loved one diagnosed with sleep apnea then I would not recommend this DME supplier. If you are someone who is willing to go along with whatever a salesman decides to pitch on any particular day, then you will feel satisfied with your service and treatment at this store. I will never return.

Wonderful people, saved me nearly 100 bucks and 2 days of waiting on cpap pieces. Highly recommend you go to this place before you buy any cpap from a place like Sleep south. They also have an incredible collection of neat pieces of Americana hanging around the store.
