Dr Rebecca Sollie and her team are exceptional. They listen and are always engaged in the conversation. I truly have anxiety when it comes to Medical offices. We have been going through USA for our family, pregnancy, and children’s needs.
Over the years it has NOT been the greatest. My son who is going to be (2) this year can’t eat ANYTHING without gagging or throwing up. This has been ongoing since prior to being a year old. We were referred to a speech therapist who was (6+months out) and when we informed the doctors office- the nursing staff and doctor had YET to call back with any further steps. This has been MONTHS. I’ve called and my husband, time and again. We are going elsewhere.

We understand people are busy and sick. But my son can’t eat and I don’t want this to cause any further delays in his life.

I have been going to Family Medicine for over 15 years and I am finally done. I went in complaining of an issue, was given "treatment" & told I would get a call after my referral appointment was made. I got a call 2 months later while in the hospital recuperating from surgery that morning, which I had to get 2 units if blood because I was waiting on my doctor. Now, I have been trying for over a month to get paperwork for my employer and now no one is returning my calls or fulfilling my request. So now I may be getting fired because if a simple letter. This office has been getting worse year after year. There are only a couple of good doctors left and you cannot see them at all.

The Dr and nurses were great for the most part and the first half of the appointment went well. It's when it came time to check out that things went way wrong we stood and checkout window waiting to drop off paperwork to get our return date waiting behind person in front of us. That person finished up and left so we moved forward sat there for several minutes waiting to be take care nothing was ever said to us as to the fact if we needed assistance or anything so we waited a little longer the woman would not look us in eye so we proceeded to hand her our paperwork and get told we need to wait. She then gets up and goes to grab paperwork and pushes us out the way to do a check in mind you this was the check out window not check in but we rudely got pushed aside for this I made a comment to my wife in private and shortly thereafter was asked by another associate behind desk to hand in the paper and leave and she did not appreciate my profanity but I never once cussed her or anyone in the office nor did I cuss in general. Never got my return date for my wife or anything got told to leave for something I did not do so in closing the staff as this establishment need to be taught better manners and patient treatment they are very rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to go to this place of business of they can avoid it.

The staff does not care how their actions affect their patients. I have left 4 messages for a manager to call me over a 3 week period. I am actively being ignored about a pressing and time sensitive matter. The doctors are all students so you change doctors every 3 years. But I only learned this when my doctors 3 years was up and I tried to make an appt. I had to spend weeks waiting for a new primary appt. And I needed to been immediately, like I said, time sensitive issue. I have since transferred to Dr. Nazario at Ascension Providence. Great staff and personal one on one attention.

The clinic staff and physicians I have seen at Family Medicine located at Strada are absolutely wonderful. The attending physicians are experienced and knowledgeable, which means the residents they are training will also be experienced and knowledgeable. My wait time was minimal compared to other private practices I have been a patient of, and the clinic staff was professional throughout my visit. Thank you to the Family Medicine team for serving our community!

No matter what it’s always a 20-30 minute wait time on the phone, whether you’re trying to make an appointment or trying to speak with a nurse. Daughter had labs taken 2.5 months ago, can’t tell you how many times I have called to get them back. They still haven’t let me know anything. This morning had a question for the nurse, after waiting 25 minutes the nurse didn’t even bother with my question and transferred me to make an appointment where I waited another 25 minutes just to be transferred back to the nurse. I’m over it.
