Dr. Davis and her staff are exceptional!
Very thoughtful and thorough. Easy to talk to. She and Brittany are so good about answering all of your questions.
Lightening fast prior authorizations! Have been a patient of Dr. Davis since her practice opened. Highly recommend!

Hands down the most positive and comfortable experience at a doctors appointment in my life. Dr Nguyen listened, he was informative, very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in his care. He did not impose his own personal opinions like some doctors can do, instead he treated me based on my medical needs. I am so thankful to have found this doctor and practice. The staff in this office was above par as well, everyone was friendly and caring. THIS is how a doctors visit should go.

I love the location of the clinic, and the staff is friendly. The low rating is due to follow up. I had X-rays done, Wednesday morning. Was told during my appointment that the images would be read that afternoon and they would call and let me know. Wednesday never heard anything. I called Thursday afternoon ~ told results weren’t in. Called Friday afternoon, again told results weren’t in. I think that’s beyond a reasonable time frame for a patient to get results.

Great customer service! Front desk personnel was very professional, and prompt to help! I highly recommend Dr. Pham! He took his time lo listen and analyze all my symptoms. He asked questions, and explained everything! Also, the nurse that drew my blood was incredible. I didn't feel the needle. Thank you so much for the wonderful work!!!

On Sept 25th I scheduled a new patient appointment for Oct 31st. I was called today 10/27 (just 3 business days before my appointment that had been scheduled for over a month) and told the Dr. does not see new patients then and his next available date was in February. I was told I received a call two weeks ago but I have no record of a call or voice mail other than a robo-call giving covid info about the appointment I also received no email other than the confirmation. Office staff tried to spin it was my fault.

Had a great experience. New to the area so this was my first visit to establish care as a new patient. Everyone was polite and professional and no wait. Doctor N (Win) was very good...took time to talk with me, not rushed and seemed very genuine.

Everyone was so kind and understanding. Such a great team in the office everyone is friendly. I just started using this clinic and I will definitely be back. We love Dr. Leah Casarez she is the best around!
