All of the office staff are absolutely delightful, and Dr. Jayla Smith might just be the kindest person I’ve ever met. I needed some blood work done, and the lab tech was also excellent - I didn’t even feel the needle stick! My only complaint is how many personal health history questions I was asked in the office after I had already completed a pre-registration questionnaire prior to my appointment. Most of the questions that I was asked in the office could’ve been entered online prior, and it would’ve saved me stress during my appointment.
