Each person I dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated the provider doing an EKG, and also for giving me a printed copy of the results as well as a printout of my vitals to take to my doctor.

Was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone was courteous and Professional. As this is the Sick season I saw the staff cleaning and spraying Lysol after each patient. After I received my medication I had a question and called back and it was answered very quick. Very Pleased.

Great experience. I love the convivence of scheduling a time online. Very easy check in process. Everyone was so friendly. Kayla, CRNP was wonderful. She took time to assess my symptoms and discussed treatment options. She was very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care.

I go there more than my own doctor's office. Every time they have been on top-notch on everything. They have good bedside mannerisms. They call in prescriptions for you instantly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They got me back in a jiffy last night. I had a bad reaction to wheat. They gave me a shot and pepcid for my stomach. I don't enjoy going to the Dr office, however, they make it enjoyable because of their service.

Hi was warmly welcomed, assisted with the registration process and did not have to wait very long.
I was attended by all employees there and each person (registrar, medical assistant, nurse practitioner, phlebotomist) was kind, cheerful, and responsive.
My concerns were listened to, respected, and honored. The nurse practitioner had noticed my allergies and was careful to avoid prescribing them and used alternate antibiotics.
I was in and out quickly but did not feel rushed.
I will definitely use their services again as needed and highly recommend them to others.

The office had a billing error on their end and charged my card $250 without calling me or sending me a bill. When I called to dispute this, the billing department was extremely confrontational and unhelpful. I called my insurance company and found out that the billing office had never even sent the bill in. Disputed this with my bank and only then did I get a bill via text message for a new amount of $220. I called again and was told that the billing office does not have the ability to call insurance companies to check on why a claim was denied or not received and that I had to find out on my own. After complaining I was finally able to resolve this issue I believe but we will see. If they fix this, I may change my review to reflect it. I'll have to check and make sure I have the ability to do so. In the meantime, I suggest that nobody go anywhere near this "care" facility if you value your time and money. I only wish I could give a zero star rating.

Tl,dr: Fast Pace Health billing department didn't send a bill to my insurance and instead decided to charge me $250 and make me jump through hoops to charge my insurance instead.

Appointment the day of the call.
Called back to a room within 10 minutes.
The whole crew were great from the young lady that first came in, the young lady that treated me to the young man that informed me of the test results and I could go. I thanks you all for your care and timing in which you did it.
I was out in 30 minutes heading back to my warm spot on the couch covered up and back to sleep.
Would I go back? Absolutely!
Would I recommend? Absolutely!

Ms. Winfrey does a wonderful job and very informative. She helped my daughter not just with finding what was wrong but gave her pointers on how to catch a softball in a way to help reduce the pain she was having in her wrist. Very polite and definitely will be going back to see her when needed.
