I followed Dr. Lash to this practice and my first visit was on 3/2024.She is wonderful.Listens without rushing, discusses test results, presents options and has worked hard to help me get appointments if she makes referrals. I am elderly and appreciate her attention. My office visit was fine. Nice office and courteous people.Would definitely recommend.

Family Medicine Associates has better time management than any other medical practice I've ever been to. Generally, I'm finished with my appointment in 30 minutes and this is even though the doctors and CPNs never rush your appointment, but give you all the time you need. They are also very knowledgeable and caring.

I've always been well taken care of here. Dr. Cooper answers every question I have extensively. He explains the reasoning behind the why as well. Which I love. I love to know why things are the way they are instead of just being told something I truly don't understand or something that doesn't make sense. I've been a patient of Family Med for almost a decade. I highly recommend them as they truly have a passion for taking care of their patients.

Took my spouse as he was having issues standing/walking. His Dr was off; however Dr Cooper was in. He refused to see/talk to my spouse. Referred him to go to ER as he was NOT a patient of Dr Cooper's. We spent 8 hours in ER for them to file as non emergency & are now being billed for approx $700.00 + $200 for ER visit due to Dr Cooper's actions.

My spouse had been a patient of this practice for nearly 40 years...this is treatment he gets? We were in the office & not on the phone trying to make an appt. Dr Cooper could have been courteous to at least see.

We advised my spouse's Dr of this incident on 1/29/2022.

I feel incredibly hurt that my chart was deactivated without notice because I have been healthy >3 years. My entire family has been seeing Dr Rogers & Cooper for over 20 years, it's so wrong to just terminate care like that. Please review the policy

I've been going here for a while know and I love this office. I see the nurse practitioner Merrie Earl and she is fantastic. She's patient with you and she listens. I recommend her services any day.
