Wonderful experience all around. From the minute I checked in until the moment I left every single person I encountered was wonderful. Chelsea and Renee in the procedure lab made me feel very comfortable while waiting for everything to start. I cannot thank everyone enough 🙏

Very nice personnel working there. Liked Dr Shapira and felt confident in his abilities. However the instructions for collecting a sample contained one specimen cup with two different sets of instructions, stating there was a black line to fill which was missing and then another cup instruction which had liquid which was missing. No gloves or disposal bag for the specimen collection container. There was no label with patient name included. Could have been better at the home collection info with matching containers to match instructions.

The staff and nurses were wonderful, supportive and caring. However, there was an issue with the equipment that delayed the completion of the test and was miserable. Also, my physician Dr. Adkins was not available for questions during the test which was disappointing and frustrating.

Great staff and doctor. Was a little intimidated by the shoulder length gloves butt all came out just fine. And even gave me apple juice after. Next time gonna treat myself with a soda or something. Till next time, stay classy EAMC.

It was a good experience.
I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes or so after I arrived.
My doctor was great at explaining my results and the office staff were friendly.
My bloodwork was taken with great care b
I’m waiting to find the results of bloodwork.
All in all a good experience.
